Become invisible! Then use Taunt (if Sling protects or something, keep trying until it works), then use Will-o-Wisp and Confuse Ray. If you're asleep (... somehow), use Snore.

Anyways, about the whole battle thing, we're going to want to start off by using Hypnosis. If that HOPEFULLY hits, then use Dream Eater followed by Shadow Ball. If taunt hits, then spam Shadow Ball. If she ever wakes up, put her back to sleep for the third turn.
