Ice Peak Coast Exploration

“…we need help. This is Setter 23 to base, Setter 23 to base. If we don’t get the help we need now, we’ll freeze…”

========

The year is 2020 and you are stuck on the Ice Peak Coast inside of the AEMV 23 (Arctic Exploration Multi-Vehicle). The reason you are here: a recent outbreak in solar flares tampered with the Polar Magnetic Field. Your team and 23 others were sent to the Ice Peak to discover if anything could be done at the poles to fix the absurdity. Your team was caught in an extreme snow storm and the other teams were frozen near the ocean and lost without any other trace. Your group had its communications cut off and discoveries ruined. The only communications are the two-way radios that are used by each group. The radios can only communicate with each other. Such as, there are 10 per AEMV. Each member has the opportunity of having 6 Pokémon accompanying them.
Your AEMV is very similar to others, capable of holding a set group of 19 people, minus the driver (20 total). The driver stays in his area while the males (9) sleep on a set half of the bus and the females (10) sleep on the other. In the back of the bus, the bathroom sits. It has the necessities and a shower.
Due to the recent outbreak of people (the Tics) living in the Arctic, the group must stay in groups of at least 2 people. Each group will take one pack of items containing: 3 large flashlights, 9 batteries, a book of matches, a flint, 2 two-way radio, and 10 water bottles.
Each of the 5 groups must have at least 1 fire-type, 1 electric-type, and 1 water-type Pokémon.

Re: Ice Peak Coast Exploration

Reserve, this looks interesting, survival Pokemon RP. Hehe. I'll be finishing this later.

Name: Luke Marson

Gender: Male

Age: 32

Group: 2

Appearance: Luke is a tall man, standing around 6' 3". His skin is a moderately pale tone peach, a fairly normal color. He's got dark brown hair that goes to just above his shoulders, and his fairly straight, but messy. He also has a short-cut, cropped beard the same color as his hair. His hazel eyes have a hard look to them, and he often looks like he's glaring, as he also keeps his expression fairly flat. He's always dressed in his orange arctic parka and brown boots, and his other gear.

Personality: Luke's main expressions are either stern and harsh, or grumpy and rude. He usually snaps at people if he's disrupted from something or if something isn't done right by someone else, even if he's not in a position of authority to say anything. However, if someone actually seems offended, something threatening comes up, or someone is hurt, he immediately softens up. He shows a lot of care in situations where others may be in danger from another source or an injury. If he's in danger, he actually is a bit of a scaredy-cat. He hides his emotions most of the time though, keeping up the tough, rude facade.

Background: Luke grew up in a family that was very fond of and often cared for Pokemon. He'd been attached to them from a young age and wanted to travel with a Pokemon of his own some day. He got that chance around the age of 10, like most, but with an Eevee, which later on his travels evolved into Flareon by a fire stone. He got involved later on with more technical related things, like research, but he always kept his most adored team of Pokemon with him. However, work broke his good demeanor and made him more of a serious, sometimes snappy man. Later, he found interest in the exploration teams.

Reason for Joining the Hopeless Expedition: He found interest in the chance of research on the changes they were going out to explore. He found the idea better than sitting around studying recurring, redundant data.

Re: Ice Peak Coast Exploration

(Could I have an exception with my character's age?)

Name: Scott Hasslefield
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Trainer’s License ID Number: 3-12-7600
Home Town and Region: Vielstone City, Sinnoh
Appearance: Scott is different from the rest of his family as he is not built with thick powerful muscles, having a slightly below average build. Scott stands at 6’ and weighs in at 157 lbs. Scott has short brown hair that is well kept, and always combed to the right. He has bright forest green eyes, and has a small steel stud in his right ear. Scott also wears a small beard that is kept to his chin, and kept short. Scott wears a baggy beige t-shirt, and baggy black jeans held up with a Tauros leather belt. Scott wears black sandals with a white detail. Scott carries a brown duffel bag to carry his items. For being in the colder environment, Scott sports a black parka with bright neon orange details, and moderate grey snow pants detailing, as well as thick black snow boots.
Personality: Scott, unlike his two older brothers, is much more thoughtful and strategic, working with the strengths of his team to whittle down his opponents. Scott is a little more secluded compared to his brothers, usually due to the family’s constant nattering about his lack of fighting type Pokemon and his overall frail frame. Scott finds it difficult to trust others, and often keeps to himself.
Biography:
Scott was born into a family of body-builders, strongmen, and construction workers, where the most common type used was fighting. He was raised to understand the benfits of strength and power. Like the rest of his family he attended the local trainer's school until age ten. At this point in life he made a change that most of his family never did. He had been notably less muscular than the rest of his family, and thus decided to make his own way in life. Over the course of ten years he took on the five leagues, with a team he built in Johto.

Eventually Scott enrolled in a college in Sinnoh, and began studies in envioromental effects and climate changes, specifically those caused through human industrial development. Over the course of these studies he made several ventures to key locations, and all the same time he had his same six Pokemon with him. In the pursuit of his studies Scott joined the expedition to the pole and became trapped with the rest on AEMV 23. For the expedition Scott decided to allow the three least suited to remain behind at home, and acquired three fresh rookies for his team.

Pokémon:

-Name: Titan
-Species: Heracross
-Age: 12
-Moveset: Megahorn, Close Combat, Stone Edge, Earthquake
-Personality: Titan is headstrong, hot-headed, and arrogant, thus causing many disputes due to his belief that he is generally superior to the rest of the team in terms of combat. Titan has a hard time admitting he’s wrong, even with substantial proof that he is, and thus finds himself somewhat secluded from the team. Titan’s enthusiasm in battle is second to none however, and will often force his opponents into the defensive due to his unrelenting attack style.
-Accessories:

-Name: Xaonhi
-Species: Starmie
-Age: 12
-Moveset: Surf, Psychic, Thunderbolt, Recover
-Personality: Xaonhi is best described as absent-minded and oblivious, but in truth is also quite intelligent. She, as she has decided to designate her gender role as, often misses out on things, and only learns of them after they have passed. Despite this, Xaonhi takes things in stride, and rarely feels disappointed about missing out on anything as she knows there’s always something else or something new. Xoahni plays the role of a support specialist, and is often teamed up with Galvinite, with whom she is close friends.
-Accessories:

-Name: Galvinite
-Species: Magnezone
-Age: 12
-Moveset: Thunderbolt, Flash Cannon, Lock-On, Thunder Wave
-Personality: Galvinite is logical and deep thinking, and usually the member of the team who can make Titan shut up when he goes off on one of his ‘I’m better than the rest of you’ rants. Galvinite identifies himself as a male, despite his species possessing no gender, he’s found that it’s just easier for others to address him in a masculine format in the place of an object or thing. Galvinite is not as varied a battler as the rest of the team, and usually participates in double battles with Xaonhi, his closest friend. Galvinite can sometimes get lost in thought and will become oblivious to his surroundings, which is often the subject of humour for everyone.
-Accessories:

-Name: Pyris
-Species: Growlithe
-Age: 3
-Moveset: Flame Charge, Reversal, Body Slam, Morning Sun
-Personality: Pyris is the one Rookie that was not caught from the wild, instead having been raised on Nanka Kurohari's ranch. Scott chose the Puppy Pokemon when he heard that he'd need a fire type, and learned from Nanka that the Growlithe had been residing on the ranch much longer than normal, and should be adopted by a capable and caring trainer. Pyris is loyal and steadfast, but sometimes acts with his heart and instinct before he thinks.
-Accessories: Pyris has a black collar with a copper dogtag on it.

-Name: Abore
-Species: Snover
-Age: 1
-Moveset: Wood Hammer, Ice Shard, Double Edge, Leech Seed
-Personality: Abore was caught up near Snowpoint City prior to Scott's planning to join the expedition. When Scott decided to join the expecition, and needed to replace three of his team members due to poor typing, he retrieved this feisty little guy. Abore is quick to act, and often a trouble maker, but this is usually due to a boredom that seems to plague him if nothing is happening for any period of time.
-Accessories: N/A

-Name: Meep
-Species: Dwebble
-Age: 2
-Moveset: Bug Bite, Rock Slide, Earthquake, Iron Defense
-Personality: Meep was caught in anticipation for the adventure to the arctic, and thus is the newest of Scott's Pokemon. Meep is quite shy, and generally uncertain of her power, usually hoping that others take to shine in battle and letting her stay out of the limelight. Not that she can't battle, she just prefers attention not to be on her.
-Accessories: A fossil imprint of an Omanyte on her rock shell.

Re: Ice Peak Coast Exploration

Can I get a Group 4 reserve?

EDIT: Finished;

Name: Maria Shaddix
Gender: Female
Age: 32
Group: 4
Appearance: Standing at 5’07’’, Maria is a tall female. Her height is imposing and the rest of her body is very attractive. She has a large chest, causing many guys to want her but are scared by her height. She has natural red hair complimented by blue eyes. She traditionally wears blue jeans, an orange thin-long sleeve shirt and a pink hoodie. She normally wears ear-buds that are always in her ears.
Personality: Maria is a half-introvert/half-extrovert. She knows what she wants and what to do to get it. She often flirts around in order to get where she is or where she wants to get. If questioned, she will show whomever it is that she is boss and will she them how to earn respect. She is a natural-leader and won’t go anywhere until everyone is in agreement with each other or with herself. Maria will take a lot of tasks into her hands and lead everyone to the end of the task.
Background: Maria knows what it’s like to have to survive on the minimal. She comes from a middle-class family and always uses the minimum to the fullest extent.
Reason for Joining the Hopeless Expedition: To prove her beauty and height will get her far.

=======

Here is my character sheet:

Name: Jacoby Conder
Gender: Male
Age: 28
Group: 1
Appearance: Jacoby stands at an intimidating 6’2’’ and is about 220 lbs. of muscle. He isn’t a complete muscly idiot, in a way that it doesn’t show all the time. He wears blue jeans, a navy blue t-shirt, and a black hoodie. He has a deep-dark brown colored hair and piercing hazel eyes. He wears his hair on the longer side and ties it back only when absolutely necessary. He has a gold weeding band on his left ring finger and his class ring on his right.
Personality: Jacoby is a natural leader. This is sometimes offset by his extreme introverted side. He will help you whenever you need it and will side against you if you ever cross him. He doesn’t pick fights, but if challenged, he won’t hesitate to fight you. If in order to prove a point, Jacoby will repeat himself until everyone understands where he is coming from. Jacoby prefers the comforts of staying behind as opposed to getting out and exploring. He likes to make sure the home (base) is safe and well guarded.
Background: Jacoby comes from a wealthy upper-class family. But, even with that background, he doesn’t know the joy of having everything he wants handed to him on a silver platter.
Reason for Joining the Hopeless Expedition: To prove that rich guys don’t always get what they want.

1) What is a Drizleon?
2) You can have 6 Pokemon if you want (only 3 can be fully evolved).

Re: (sign-ups) Ice Peak Coast Exploration

Oh, Drizleon, I thought I could incorperate my Fakemon legendary into it. Drizleon is the legendary ice dragon known for living in the cold areas of the world. It has been Jacen's lifelong dream to encounter him.

Also, Amber and Trike would do for me.

Ok, please don't place to much emphasis on it in the RP because I wasn't wanting to worry about legendaries.

Each of the 5 groups must have at least 1 fire-type, 1 electric-type, and 1 water-type Pokémon.

From the looks of it, the groups won't have that many. You may want to add a water-type.
