As Odette focused on the hydra, Dave and Jade would find that the Blazing Dawn's form was tearing apart at the seams with each of their strikes scattering chunks of its semi-corporal form into the winds. It screamed, trying to muster the remainder of its power into one final inferno but Jade's final,
radiant bolt of lightning rained down upon the false Saint with the fury of a thousand gods and the Blazing Dawn cracked and broke apart, like a shattered porcelain bowl, into a shower of light.
The world went silent for a moment, even Alexander's shouts were muffled, as the shadows that had suffocate the dungeon began to dissipate as the untainted sun began to peak through the clouds.
The Shadow Sky cleared...
As this happened, the wisps and void shadows darted around, trying to find something to latch onto before they all coalesced around the wellspring of Shadow that was the hydreigon. They lost their forms, instead becoming shadowy flames that harmlessly licked at Alexander's form to be reshaped and commanded to his liking.
The dust settled and Moltres laughed. She laughed like she never had before all while shoving her head into the pile of wood and ash that had been the Blazing Dawn's shrine and she
ripped the Relic, a spring blossom shaped out of amber, right out of the shadowy thread that had once been a cage that enwrapped it.
"And as for
you," she said, looking at at Alexander.
She flew down and landed a few cheap shots on the dragon, passing to land in the burnt village to look for the exit back to the Sojaveña Wilds.

Alexander is Flinching and cannot do more...
"This one is even further along than the last..." Alexander growled to himself even as Blazing Dawn was taken out.
"And YOU—"
Alexander slammed his right head into the ground just as Odette clamped onto it, trying to drag her body across the Dungeon soil to force her off.
"Are becoming a NUISANCE. No. I've had enough."
Alexander fled the dungeon, taking the Void Swarms and Wisps with him...
He vanished into the dark aether again. It seemed there was a rift remaining – Powehi's doing, perhaps? – for everyone to begin an advance into the core of this whole ordeal. And there, Alexander seemed to be waiting... Waiting for the Wayfarers in one final bout.
Objective: Destroy the false Blazing Dawn.
Objective: Help Moltres gain control over her Shadows.
Objective: Repel the Void Usurper.
Special Objective: Fulfil both incomplete objectives simultaneously.
The battle was far from over but with the Shadows vanishing from the dungeon, there was a small moment of respite. Moltres let out a deep breath, tempering her shadows, and eyed the three Wayfarers, gaze settling on Jade.
"You're the stealthiest of this group, so take this to Frontier Town and look after it until I return," she said, offering the Relic to the meowth. It's no longer safe here." Her tone of voice made it clear that this was important to her. "I'd come with, but
I still have a score to settle with mouth hands in there," she said, gesturing to the rift. "You two," she added, addressing Dave and Odette, "do what you want. Go with her, come with me, count each flake of ash here, but..."
Moltres paused, looking back at the long, erupted volcano.
"...Thank you," she finally said, weakly.
