Recently been (slowly) going through both PokeRogue & Pokemon Infinite Fusion and having a blast! I know those have had a little more time in the limelight than others lately, so I was curious if anyone had any particular fanmade games/romhacks ٩(^ᗜ^ )و ´-

I haven't gotten around to picking it up yet, but a lot of my friends are enjoying the new Mariomon Alpharad romhack!

Recently I just finished this Explorers of Sky hack called "Explorers of the Spirit" that's like a retelling/spiritual (ha) successor to the original EoS, and imo it really captures the heart of the PMD games, it rules. It'll 100% spoil the entirety of the original game proper though LMAO, it very much expects you to have played Sky already

"Star In The Desert" is pretty good, I think it's just a demo* but it's like standard pokemon turn based gameplay but in a mystery dungeon setting, very cool.

*Just found out that it is completed. I know what I'm doing later then !

I've watched the Mariomon videos! It does look really good I've been waffling on that one because I don't like Mario all that much, but I might still bite.

I have not played Explorers of Sky yet, BUT that's next on my list after I finish up a playthrough of Platinum. I'll definitely check that out after!!

I went so "!!!" at this that I promptly loaded it up onto my phone (alongside some other hacks I'd been dragging my foot on) and proceeded to play it for an entire way too long straight. gotta say, this may be the kind of thing I'm always saying, but the protagonist having an actual personality is a huge bonus!

besides this, my brother got me playing emerald rogue a whole lot starting last month or so; I'm currently trying to clear a monotype run for the first time, but it's rough. specifically making it a psychic mono in Kanto helps, but it's not an insta-win by half still!

also, I haven't taken a bite of it myself, but a friend of mine seems to be having a lot of fun playing Fool's Gold (it's Pokemon Gold, but every Pokemon is. juuuust slightly off, let's say)

I enjoyed what I played of Pokemon Reborn, tho I didn't get very far. The gimmicks it adds and the overall grittier tone are fun.

Not /technically/ a fangame, more of a hack, but I personally enjoy the google translate PMD mod, just for the sheer insanity it provides.
