Anyway, I quite like all the robot masters Hyadain has done songs for already. (This would be Quick Man, Metal Man, Bubble Man, Crash Man, and Flash Man) because it gives them a personality I can attach to them. For example, Crash Man is fantastically, amazingly gay, Flash Man is kind of a shy romantic type, Quick Man is a workaholic who denies his feelings, Metal Man is a cold bastard, and damn if Bubble Man doesn't need a hug or seventy. And they need to GET THEIR ASSES IN GEAR AND FINISH THEIR HEAT MAN SONG.

Outside of those, I'm quite fond of (too lazy to dig out pictures) Heat Man (He's a ZIPPO! What's not to love?), Galaxy Man (Another awesome and kind of adorable design), and for some reason, Snake Man (Awesome stage music, plus I can totally picture him shoving a dead rat into his mouth)

For great HISTORYYYYYYYYY, as I too, share the General's sentiments. It's really hard to find versions of Colonel from X, and not Battle Network though...

Whilst i've only played Megaman 9 briefly my favourite boss would have to be GalaxyMan because he's cute and fun to battle.
 
Skullman has probably my favourite stage theme ever~ =3 No clue why, either. I'm trying to get better at music (re)mixing so I can do his theme - can't believe there's none on OCRemix.
Dust Man is up there too, especially with the particularly standout dark stage and stage theme. Then we have Knightman, who's just plain awesome.
Oh, and don't forget Airman - Even though he can't be defeated and all. And Pharaohman gets instant epic++ just for sucker punching Megaman in the cartoon I never watched, let alone his stage and him himself.

Edit: OH! And forgot Gemini Man. His stage was shiiiiiiiiny~ =3

Though, as shown in my sig, Bubble Man' song is my favorite. It's just so woobie-riffic. Poor guy finally finds some adorable shota to be his friend, and what happens? BOOM! Saw blades to the face. It also helps that Bubble Man's stage has my favorite music in the series.
