Basically, this fanfiction is like a Super Sentai (or Power Rangers) series.
(Rebellion Squadron JohtoRanger is the English translation for the name)
Giovanni is back to finally revive Team Rocket one years after HeartGold and SoulSilver. However, he has a new tactic: Instead of using humans and their Pokemon, he is having human/Pokemon/machine hybrids created in his base to conquer Kanto and Johto. Giovanni has also seemed to have captured Mew.

Arceus sees this happening from the heavens, and decides to call upon Mewtwo, Giovanni's sworn enemy as well as his first "Creation". This also is personal.

Mewtwo calls upon three teenagers to harness some power from Raikou, Entei, and Suicune.

Later, Lugia, Ho-Oh, and Celebi will give some power to three more teens.

The teenage humans will use Morphers, powersuits, weapons, and large artillery vehicles that combine to form a giant robot, based off the Legendary Pokemon.

More information on the Rangers coming, among other things.

you haven't been here for any version of turbo except for this one.

I mean this is a red flag. Let's think for a second. In Turbo's fanfiction, when it's not about Digimon (Squishier started a Digimon forum; coincidence?), Giovanni is usually the Big Bad and the complete and utter antagonist. Legendary Pokémon usually inexplicably take interest in random human teens. Actually, no, scratch that. EVERY STORY IS ABOUT TEENS. Oh and Mewtwo as Giovanni's enemy is a thing. And nothing is ever written it's simply just told to the reader without any sort of "story" whatsoever.

Turbo was a troll, basically. As was told to me, he got banned on IF, and then when the forums were restarted he was given another chance; he was banned again for flaming. Since then, he's come back several times, almost (if not every) time named after some Digimon attack. I remember there was some thread about that in Forum Discussion, I'll see if I can dig it up.

Besides, if SquishierCobra were Turbo, how could he have slipped under the radar for this long? Wouldn't Butterfree IP check him or something?

because usually when turbo returns he goes into introductions and goes "HI GUYS I'M TURBO I WANT ANOTHER CHANCE". Usually a bunch of information he posts about himself is consistent across the accounts, especially the location "Mass-Uh-Chew-Sits". But the last couple of accounts before his mysterious lack of new accounts stopped using that location, proof that he was slowly beginning to learn from his mistakes. And by that we mean "get rid of incriminating evidence while never actually changing his posting style". I had my suspicions about Squishier almost as soon as he joined, but he hasn't done anything to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that he's Turbo, or anything ban-worthy (though simply being Turbo is enough to warrant a ban; if there were solid proof he'd be gone by now) but the posting style and especially the "writing" style are quite telltale!

eta: Okay SC you want to discuss the fic. Well I have a couple serious questions about what little you've posted. Why are the legendary Pokemon taking a special interest in Giovanni's actions? I mean they really shouldn't care even if the regions are being controlled by a tyrant; what makes this so notable?
Why are the legends granting powers to random teenagers? Despite the fact that teens are the player characters of the Pokemon world, I should hardly think that legendary Pokemon would find them reliable for such a task. Wouldn't granting powers to seasoned veteran trainers be more effective? Less chance for misuse of power, there.
Finally, how the hell did Giovanni capture Mew?

(i'll explain it in the fic as it goes along. Mew's capture will be among the first, and the teenagers are great Trainers as well.)

EDIT: The "Turbo" thread made me laugh so hard.
