Help with pokemon sprites?

I see people using those little pictures of pokemon, but I have no idea how to insert them myself. It would help if someone would assist me.
 
Simple version: upload your sprite to an image host like Imageshack or iaza.com. This will give your image its own URL. Then when you're ready to post, you just click the Insert Image button and paste that URL, and there you go.

UV pretty much gave you a whole thread detailing it, but I paraphrased because we all know how Butterfree likes to elaborate. XD
