Well, firstly your Latias is a bit rubbish. Mist Ball is very mediocre. Psycho Shift is only useful if you have a way of inflicting status on yourself or if your friends use lots of status attacks. Healing Wish is a bit useless because all your other Pokemon are quite frail, barring Milotic. And Fly is terrible. Surf is better. Dragon Pulse, if you have the TM, is better.

Blizzard is too inaccurate if you don't have Hail in effect and it comes from Mamo's weaker attacking stat. Avalanche or Ice Fang are going to be more reliable. Ancientpower is really weak and you should use Rock Slide or Stone Edge instead. If this is on Platinum, HeartGold or SoulSilver then you can teach it Superpower.

Never have three damaging attacks of the same type on one Pokemon. Seriously. Toxic is better for Milotic due to its incredible bulk. Rain Dance isn't going to help you much because none of your other Pokemon benefit from it at all. Recover is much more useful.

Bug Bite is a bit rubbish on Butterfree, Bug Buzz is more powerful. U-Turn is also an option for the switching ability. Poisonpowder is rubbish because Poison on its own is a bad status effect. Toxic is more accurate (with Compoundeyes it's 100%) and much more useful. I think Substitute would be great because you can use it while your opponent is asleep.

Usually I'd say Blast Burn is a bad idea because your opponent can easily destroy Blaziken after you use it, but since it's just for battling friends then it's not as dangerous. I would still use Overheat instead - it gives you so many more options. Poison Jab is terrible - it's only super effective against grass-type, and you already have fire-type attacks to defeat grass-types. Brave Bird, Earthquake, Stone Edge or even Rock Slide would be better options. Thunderpunch is good too. Double Kick is a bit weak. Brick Break, Sky Uppercut or Superpower are more powerful.

I'm not going to rate it out of 10 though.
