Where's the person who lets your Pokemon remember moves they learn by level but don't currently have in their moveset? I accidentally left my Magikarp in the daycare too long and now it won't evolve and then learn Bite until I get to the move remember-er. And it doesn't learn a set-damage move other than Tackle until way later, so it'll be hard to train for just tackle.
 
Blackthorn. The move tutor seems to be one of the move deleter's roommates.
