Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

I can't believe I did that...

I told you – I'm always with you.

Last night, for the first time ever, I got up in front of a crowd and played the guitar and sang.

I... still can't believe I actually sang in front of people. I can't believe I didn't make any big mistakes on the guitar parts. I can't believe I didn't completely freak out.

So yeah, just quite happy about this right now~

"Still Alive" from Portal and "Everything in its Time" by Corrinne May. ^^

Waitwait, you got up on a stage, with a guitar, played and sang Still Alive in front of a crowd?

STILL ALIVE?

Awesome! :D What was the occasion?

You, good ma'am, have done a HUGE SUCCESS, literary.

No seriously, nicely done, I'd never do that, even if I could sing/play guitar.

I always thought playing guitar and singing at the same time looked really hard. ,,xD
Good for you~

Where abouts did you sing/play?
..maybe someone recorded it and i can find it on youtube. ,,>3

Yes, I did~ I had to do a little explaining beforehand ("so, ya see, this song is sung by a passive-aggressive artificial intelligence..."), and I got some very strange looks for the first half of the song, but it was fun.

Well, it depends if you're playing something that differs a lot from what you're singing. The songs I played had easy to sing along with guitar parts. ^^

Haha. It was at a restaurant called the Iguana, in the "Lizard Lounge". (My dad recorded it, actually; I have a video of "Still Alive", although the sound's kinda bad quality.)

Somehow I knew that if someone asked what songs you sung, one would be Still Alive. O_O 1st time I saw this thread, I was like "She sung Still Alive."

Well, anyway, that is very impressive. I could never get up in front of people and sing.

i'm making a note here. huge success!

i'm happy for you! i'm not so sure that i would be able to do that myself, though i hope i can someday. still alive is a cool song; not too sure about the other song.

Oh, awesome! Go you! I'm learning to play guitar at the moment, I can't wait until I can play and sing at the same time. >_<

Wow, you were really brave to get up in front of a crowd and do it. o.o

Go you! I play the piano, but I've never been brave enough to play/sing anywhere outside of my own house...

You sung Still Alive?!

That is utterly amazing! I hope you had fun doing it. :)

I'd virtually kill to see that song performed live. I bid thee well.

Congratulations! That takes some guts to do (Believe me, I know). Also, you sung 'Still Alive'? Wow! I bet some of the people in the audience were like 'wtf is this'. Finally, as Werty said:

I'd virtually kill to see that song performed live.QUOTE]

Once again, congrats!

Great. Huge success indeed. Cake?

I've been there, and trust me playing in a crowd's better than playing in front of maybe 5 people. No eye contact.

I want the vid, alright?
