D/P/Pt Is this Ho-Oh I got off the GTS hacked?!

Being a Ho oh, wouldn't it be hacked by default? I guess it could've been from an event.. check a Pokemon site listing them, maybe there's some way to tell.
 
Is its OT "MATTLE"? If it is, it probably isn't hacked. Although if that isn't its OT, it could still be legit.
 
The only legal ways to obtain a Ho-oh is through Colosseum or Navel Rock (available event on Emerald). However, they are both obtained at Lv. 70, so it is likely they're hacked.
But it's a legendary, and you got it off of the GTS. Do you honestly expect it to be legitimate?
 
A lot of pokemon on the GTS are hacked. Most people own a Action Replay ,a gameshark or a TTDS so it shouldn't really make a difference anyway.
