It's not normally rainy at this route. Does this always happen, and is it happeneing to you guys?
 
Hmm... thats strange... maybe kyogre is there!:grin: not! it sometimes randomly rains places... hmm i suggest you go find out run around or something
 
Mmm... Run around? What do you mean, maybe something is hidden around there? It's a route bigger than any town, so... I'd have a whole lot of places to look.

Also, is it raining in your game too?

In my experience I've seen that at different times of the week and day that it will rain in normaly non rainy spots. Wait did you say lake valor? It did the same thing to me.
 
Don't worry, it does that sometimes. It is also sometimes overcast there, but that doesn't affect battles.
