Arena: The dragon mountain

The dragon mountain is a gigantic mountain(like, duh), located in a mountain chain in which almost every sort of dragon type pokemon- these which are already known of and these which have yet to be identified- lives. The battle takes part near the cave of one of the dragon, on a rather small cliff, around 20x20 meter wide. Its quite stable, and somehow, it won't collapse even when an earthquake will occur, meaning the move of the same name may be used freely. Attacks that gather power from the area, like Earth Power, Natural Gift and Hidden Power, will have their power boosted by 2%.
In addition, dragon like/dragon type pokemon will find themselves restoring 2% health and energy at the end of every round. The cliff is located directly near a Flygon's cave, meaning that every round there is a 30% chance it will come out and use either Dragon Claw or Earth Power on every single pokemon, that is as long as it isn't a dragon like/dragon type pokemon.
Dragon attacks used in this area will have their power boosted by 3% damage.
Because the mountain contains lots of ancient dragon souls, the ground is full of red and blue flowers containing magical seeds. One may eat a seed, and it will take on a random effect:
30% it will confuse the consumer,
40% it will raise the consumer's health by 10%,
15% it will poison and burn the consumer,
And a 15% chance it will raise all of the consumer's stats by 2 stages.

Notes: Only first stage pokemon(like Pichu, cleffa, happiny, charmander, geodude) can be used.
Also: Dragon like pokemon are pokemon like Charmander, Totodile, Aerodactyl, Gyarados, treecko, etc.

Totodile
[Kenny](M)
Abillity: Torrent
Item: Leftovers
Sig Attribute: Berserker
Kenny, like any Totodile, has a weird habit of biting everything he could see. However, unlike most Totodile evolution line pokemon, the clan he lived in, known as the 'killer alligator' clan, has taken that habit one...no, a few thousand steps forward. Kenny, just like every other newborn Totodile in that clan, was taught how to use desperation to become powerful, or, in other words, how to release the inner rage and crush whatever he could see.

However, no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't release his inner fury- whenever he tried to, something made him calm down, or he couldn't find a reason to enter this mode.

One day, while strolling around with one of his clan's more grown up Totodiles, a group of dark figures attacked them, killing Kenny's friend and badly injuring him in a matter of seconds.

Just when Kenny was sure he was going to die, he realized one of his best friends was killed by these attackers. Almost losing his sense from anger, he charged at the strangers, ripping them apart, one by one, and feeling how his anger filled his whole mind. After all but one of them ran away, he went to the last stranger. However, a moment before he could kill the shadowy figure, it said 'the berserker is back', and then collapsed, definitely dead.

When he came back to his clan and told everyone his story, they casted him out, saying that the story was nothing but a bluff.
From that day on, Kenny went around the world, all alone, and trained his rage techniques, and, after a few months, mastering them, learning to release all of the anger that is stored in him once his opponent, well, hurts and angers him enough.

Effects:
Once Kenny falls below 33% Health, he starts becoming much more aggressive than he is normally. All of his attacks deal 3% more damage, but cost 2% more energy. If Kenny tries to chill when going berserk, he has to cool down, which means he won't be in berserk mode until 6 action after chilling. In addition, if he chills within the 6 action wait time, the timer rests.
As long as Kenny is going berserk, he is unaffected by attacks that base on feelings(attract, scary face, charm, etc.). Kenny is locked on physical attacks as long as he is going berserk. If, while Kenny is recharging his anger after Chilling, someone uses Taunt, Swagger or Torment on Kenny, he will automaticly go berserk the instant said attack is used.

Chimchar
[Larry](M)
Abillity: Blaze
Item: Life Orb
Signature Attribute: Hyper fighter
Chimchar, Monferno and Infernape species pokemon have always been known as hyper- as a matter of fact, so hyper only few trainers could actually handle them.

Larry has always been a very, and by very I mean extremely hyper pokemon, even for a chimchar- whenever he was doing anything, no matter what it was, he was moving and jumping around, usually confusing and frustrating pokemon around him.

Over the time, Larry has learned that his hyper-ness could be very useful. He started using it in battle, jumping around to dodge attacks, and attacking his opponents in confusing ways. While this technique turned out to be useful, Larry has also found that moving around restlessly could turn out to be exhausting.

For this reason, Larry has also trained in stopping his hyperactivity for short sessions to regain energy before going back to his activities.

Effects: Because Larry is extremely hyper, he almost never stops moving in battle. Whenever Larry hits an enemy with a physical attack, there is a 10% chance he will confuse his target, while the chance with special attacks is 5%.
However, being extremely active has it's toll- Whenever Larry uses a physical attack, it costs him 2% more energy after all calculations. Special attacks cost 1% more. If Larry wants to chill, he has to calm down, taking away the hyper boost.
After chilling, Larry has to wait for 3 actions before going back into hyper mode, and whenever he chills in the waiting phase, it resets.
When Larry is in his 'back to hyper' phase, the energy cost for attacks becomes the normal cost until Larry gets into hyper mode again.

Dratini
[Lancelot](M)
Abillity: Shed Skin
Signature Move: Flames Of Wisdom
Lancelot was born in Wish Forest, a luxury only VERY few pokemon get. Wish forest is a very special place- pokemon are created there, not born. To put it simply: for every 10,000th wish someone asks for, a pokemon is created in the forest. Every pokemon born in this mysterious place gains some extrodanary aability, although they have to find out what it is by themselves, which can take some time. Since Wish Forest is connected to the rest of the world, it wasn't long after he left the forest, seeking to see the world. After a few weeks, he was caught by Lars(me). Having told his new trainer about the place he was born in, his trainer decided to help Lancelot find his unique ability.

After spending a few weeks trying to figure out what Lancelot's ability was, they almost gave up all hope when Lancelot felt a sudden tingle in his neck. Once he opened his mouth, a whirl of black flames came out of his mouth. Both astounded, they tried to figure out how these weird flames were created. After lots of research, they figured out that whenever Lancelot got ready for a battle, his mind was fixed on a single elemental type, which would control both the colour and the type of the flame Lancelot released.

At first, Lancelot released random flames each time he tried to choose a type, but after training for around a month, he managed to fix his mind on a certain type before using the attack, and then, for the rest of the training session, staying with said type.

Depends/Special/ 7%/100%/Single/5% to choose a type, 7% for every attack

Effects: When Lancelot uses this attack, he has to choose a type. Since this involves focusing, it can only be used when focusing is possible, meaning it can't be used when confused, taunted, or if the opponent is using uproar, hyper voice, or something else that does a lot of noise.
In addition, If Lancelot is hurt by an attack with more than 100 base power while focusing, he loses his focus.
Once Lancelot gets to focus for a full action, he chooses a single elemental type(grass, fire, dark, etc.). Once he chooses a type, he can't change it for the rest of the battle, even if he is called out and then sent back in. When Lancelot uses this attack, he lets out a whirl of flames that differ in colour depending on what type is chosen, and have a 10% chance to lower the target's special defence by one stage.
Since Lancelot isn't fond of many types, he can only use certain types:
Fire, Electricity, Dark, Water, Ice and Dragon.

Usage Gap: 6 actions

[Gorda](M)
Abillity: Rock Head
Signature Move: Mt. Powehouse striker
Gorda was born in Mt. Powerhouse, a mountain in which the rule of 'eat or be eaten' is more than true.

Just like any pokemon that lived in Mt. Powehouse, Gorda had to learn how to survive, fight, and be strong, no matter how hard it was.

After training for months, Gorda has learned how to concentrate high amounts of energy in his horn, and then stab his enemies.

Believing in the 'eat or be eaten' rule, Gorda has decided to train the attack over and over, day and night, until he had learned how to concentrate a certain type in his horn.

When Gorda activates this ability, dark energy starts getting stored in his horn, looking like a dark vacuum that swirls around his horn. Once Gorda has stored enough energy, his horn gets covered by a dark glow that makes releases smoke and makes his horn seem to be longer.

Type: Dark / Stat: Physical / Damage: 8%/ Accuracy: 100% / Target: Single / Energy: 8% to activate, 4% for each attack afterwards

Effects: Gorda stores energy in his horn for 1 action, and then starts stabbing his opponent as hard as he can. With each hit Gorda scores, there is a 30% chance that the attack will lower the target's defence by 1, and a 5% chance that the target will flinch. Gorda can keep the energy stored for up to 5 actions. The dark energy can stay for five actions, and Gorda can freely choose with each attack whether he will sue the attack or not.

Usage gap: 12 Actions.

A bright light shines down on The Dragon Mountain, small shining flowers glinting in the sun. Three balls of light fly down, landing in the middle of the platform. Out of one of the lights, a Psyduck with two blue flags strapped to his back steps out, observing his surroundings. The other two reveal two trainers, talking to one another, eager to have a battle. The trainers walk to opposite sides, revealing two Pokeballs each. They throw them into the field, releasing a Dratini and Totodile on one side, and a Charmander and Pichu. The ref takes out his flags, and waves them down, signalling the round to begin.

Round 1 Begins
Charmander starts off the action, running towards the blue snake dragon, an odd green glow covering his hand. He jumps up a little, slashing down with dragon energy crackling from his hands like lightning. Glowing claws rip through Lancelot's skin while green light flies all over his body.

Pichu, slightly scared by the height of the mountain, gathers up electricity from the air around himself and stores it up in his fur, ready to be released. He suddenly releases all the electrical energy which flies around the mountain, zapping everything as it goes. Even his ally is not safe from the electrical onslaught, as blue lightning strikes the lizard.

Lancelot, still recovering from the dragon Claw attack, raises his head up to the sky and releases a series of shrill screams. The earth around the battlers shakes, and a red glow fills the sky. Meteorites drop down from the sky, smashing into Charmander and destroying the ground around him. Bits of rock fly everywhere and dust clouds up, obscuring the view.

The dust settles down, revealing a massive crater with a very battered Charmander inside. Kenny starts his attack as soon as he can. He grabs a few rocks from around the arena, and flings them with tremendous force towards his opponents. The boulders hit the two pokemon and smash on impact, sending even more small rocks flying everywhere.

[Lancelot -15H, -10E, -2 Sp. Atk][Kenny -13H, -4E] [Charmander -32H, -7E][Pichu -5H, -6E]

Charmander gets up, brushes some dust and meteorite fragments off himself, and climbs out of the crater the stupid dragon had put him in. He starts up with a quick sprint towards Kenny, getting steadily faster as he goes. He then seems to disappear for a split second, before reappearing behind Kenny and slamming his tail in to him, sending him flying forwards.

Pichu begins his attack, charging up a massive amount of electricity between his paws. He concentrates the energy into an unstable yellow ball, crackling with lightning. Pichu releases it in Kenny's general direction. However, the ball, crackling with all different colours of electricity, moves from side to side, up and down, zig-zagging and changing direction. It flies completely past Kenny, eventually crashing into the mountain.

Lancelot begins the scream and bellow to the sky again, summoning the familiar red sky. The other battlers and trainers shiver in fear while the ref hides behind a rock due to fear, but nothing happens. They all sigh in relief, wondering whether it missed or not. Suddenly, the earth shakes more violently than last time, as a massive meteor, eclipsed in green flame, smashes into Pichu. Dust flies up into the air, and another massive crater appears on the field.

Kenny, like Lancelot, repeats his previous attack, this time punching the ground to dislodge a few rocks. He throws them at his opponents and they shatter on impact again. More rocks litter the field, and a few cracks near Kenny.
[Lancelot -0H, -10E, -2 Sp. Atk][Kenny -4H, -4E] [Charmander -7H, -6E][Pichu -19H, -9E]

Charmander starts another attack, bringing back the green dragon energy to coat his hand. He runs back towards Lancelot, green energy flying all around, and delivers another massive slash to the dragon's side. Dragon lightning flies through Lancelot's blood, shocking him from inside-out.

Pichu gathers up more static electricity in his fur, charging it up by rubbing his hands together. A weak current flies between his fingertips, not strong enough to hurt, but good enough to paralyze. He spreads out his palms and points towards Lancelot, causing Electricity to fly from his palms and zap the Dratini. Lancelot's muscles all lock up and he has a small fit, all his muscles tensing at once. Lancelot relaxes as his muscles do, but they continue tense up slightly.

Lancelot, muscles still cramped, manages to open his mouth and breathes out a weird black fog throughout the mountain. Clammy tendrils grab on to Lancelot, seemingly raising his spirits and making him stronger again. The tendrils dissipate, dropping down to the ground with the rest of the mist.

Kenny repeats his attack one more time, punching the ground to dislodge more rocks. He grabs them and, yet again, throws them at his aggressors. They break into more pieces as Charmander and Pichu fly back from the force.

The referee blows a whistle, which seems to have came out of nowhere, and signals for the Trainers to give their pokemon orders.

Haze is in effect [4 more actions]
There are two massive craters on the battlefield, both are filled with rocks.
Rocks are strewn all over the battlefield.
Meteor fragments lie on the ground near the crater. They can be thrown for 2% rock type damage.

Ref Notes
-Lars, You didn't specify who Draco Meteor should hit if no-one protected, so Lancelot hit Charmander on Action One and Pichu on action two.
-Zap Cannon Missed on the Second Action.
-If anything is wrong with the reffing, tell me. (There probably is seeming as it's only the second proper reffing I've written)
-CharmanPid attacks first
-Larsy attacks after that
-I reff

Um, there's something I've got to tell you, Psymon:

If Charmander's damade was capped, then he should have 55% health, not 57%.
EDIT: Never mind, i just realized that I was wrong since dragon like Pokemob regain 2% health and energy every round. Stupid larsy!

Also: If Haze is still in effect, then Sir Lancelot shouldn't be paralyzed, since it deletes ALL status effects while it's in effect.

EDIT2: However, according to my calculations and what you wrote, Kenny and Lancelot didn't get the health and energy boost they should get.

Well.. Okay then!

Pichu, spam Thunderbolts at Kenny.

Charmander, first, use Dragon Claw on Lancelot, then use Dragon Rage on Kenny to show him how it's done, and finally use another Dragon Claw on Lancelot.

Haze is a stat affecting move, it doesn't affect Status' like Paralyzing, so it Sir Lancelot got His Sp. Attack restores, but he is still Paralyzed.

I did forget to write in the Energy boost in the description, but it did factor in the Damage and Energy. I'll write that into the description when i have enough time.

The problem is you forgot to apply it to my pokemon's final stats.

P.S. Seems like Lancelot should be paralyzed..
I wonder when or if shed skin will come into action...

Anyway:

Dragon Pulse on Charmander twice, and then use Toxic on Pichu.

Lancelot: Dragon Pulse@Charmanderx2~Toxic@Pichu

Use Rock Slide Twice, and then Toxic on Pichu if Lancelot's Toxic missed, or on Charmander if Lancelot's toxic hit Pichu.

Kenny: Rock Slidex2~Toxic@Pichu/Toxic@Charmander
