Link titles?

So, whenever I link to something, I use the BBC code for URL to link, but, how do I title the link? Example;

[Insert ASB challenge here]
My profile V
(Insert web adress here)

...How exactly do I make it so the text for 'My Profile' is the link, rather than pointing to the link?

You highlight the text you want to be the link, then click the hyperlink button. You should end up with something like this:

[URL="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=87bcPisyTHs"]lol a link[/URL]
