• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

Closed Little Daycare of Horrors

Lorraine took her pokeballs back from Danni as the little eon left to get food. She giggled a bit and let out a Sandslash and a Charizard.
Once Solorus came back and mindlinked with them, she nodded understandingly and retrieved one of the satchels, putting in as much food as she could carry.
"So we just toss the food out like feeding chickens or Safari Pokemon?" Lorraine asked, still not wanting to make an idiotic mistake. Still, maybe her idiotic questions were going to be just as bad.

Both eeveelotions nods, smiling up at her. Solorus then links with them again.

"Yes, you can. But don't be afriad to hand feed them as well. There are friendly pokemon here as well. And there are ones that are painfully shy as well. You will meet many pokemon that wll help you as well. And one other thing...since you human don't quite know how to understand us...I can fix that. I just have to implant the abilty within your minds. That is..if you'd want me too"

Aria nodded eagerly. If it would help her get through this faster, and help her deal with... Seto, she'd take anything.

"I'll do it. Just one thing. Is it going to hurt to implant it?"

Solorus chuckles softly, rubbing up against Aria's leg.

"It won't hurt, bt it'll tickle and feel weird while I'm in there"

"All right, then. I'll do it. It's probably easier than mind-linking all the time, right?" Lorraine replied, not wanting to show any of her uncertainty.

Solorus nods, closing her eyes. He body begins to glow a soft purple as a odd feeling enters the trainers minds, a slight tickling sensation. The sounds of the other pokemon starts to murmur in their heads, blending into each other until they were one noise. The voices start to clear, sounding more and more like words.

"Solorus...do you think this will work?"

"I'm sure it would, Jori...just wait"

The Jolteon walks over to the humans and sits infront of them, looking up at them.

"Do you understand the words coming out of my mouth?"

Lorraine twitched in surprise.
"Y- Yeah... I actually can!" she gasped. "So we should go and feed everyone, right? Do you need some as well?"

Jori's eyes get big and sparklely, wagging his tail at Lorraine.

"Food....?"

Solorus sighs, looking at the others.

"Don't mind the bottomless pit of a pokemon. Are you all alright?"

Solorus looks at Riiko, then nods.

"Well..of course we can. Pokemon are born with the ability to understand humans. It's the humans that have forgotten the language of pokemon all these years"

"Yeah, that's a pretty common story," Lorraine agreed. She took a handfull of food and held it out to the "bottomless pit of a Pokemon."
