...wat no one pointed out the Dusknoir yet. It has a base color as the light part, and base colors on Paint are crappy looking. Double click the color you want to use, click "Edit Colors" or whatever and change the color accordingly.

Sorry for the poor planning, but I'm back!!!!! Now I'm actually ready for requests :sweatdrop: I'll try to fix the examples... Also, I made a scratch sprite for the first time which sucks

Can't say I'm too fond of the idea nor the shape, but you seem to have the basics of the light source, which is good, I suppose. All pokemon sprites are meant to have the light source coming from the top left though, so try and sort that. Also, the shading on the hands is hard to notice, so make the darker shade a bit darker. Finally, make sure to remember to colour the outlines. Have that done and I may start to like it.

Well, with my splices I normally do the non-base's colors. So use Espeon's, please!

Good Job so far! You gotta learn to transparentize though. So this isn't a waste, can I plz have a revamped meganium the one from gold or silver. YOu can choose. Whatever looks beter.
