Totally fanmade, but there's proof of it. It's basically a project to have Megaman 2 with 3D environments. It's easy to see how exactly this was inspired by Klonoa.

And check out that awesome Snake Man stage with co-op play. Good god, if only Crapcom wasn't just full of a lazy bunch of bastards too fixated on the crap that's Resident Evil 5 (Everything up to 4, except Code Veronica is good though), their cashcow.

Needless to say, I'm more interested in this than Rush Marine, seeing as though Rush Marine is... A cell phone game. Definitely keep a eye on this if you're a Megaman 2 fan, or just another diehard Megaman junkie like me =D

I'm really liking what the guy did to Metal Man's stage.
 
Damn, thats awesome. I would totally pay money for that if it was an actual Capcom release.

Been obsessed with playing Mega Man 2 since I got a burst of nostalgia when watching people here talk about Mega Man. I can't believe I still remember playing Mega Man when I was like four years old.
