3 vs. 3 vs. 3
Set
DQ: 11 days
Damage Cap: 37%
Banned Moves: OHKO's. Uh I think Surf and other stuff should be allowed
but they'll turn into Custard-typed moves.
Arena: Enormous Christmas Pudding
As the name suggests, this field is an enormously large
Christmas pudding, at least two Wailords in diameter, sitting in a bowl with custard. A Pokémon can be commanded to take up an action to eat some of the pudding, restoring 10% health and 5% energy; however, due to the arena being very filling, this can only be carried out three times per Pokémon. At the beginning of the battle, the pudding and custard are extremely hot, so any Pokémon in contact with either of them receive 2% damage per round (increased to 4% for Ice types, reduced to 0% for Fire types) until round three, when it will be cool enough to eat. Any Pokémon attempting to eat the arena until then will suffer 3% damage, a 30% chance of a burn and the inability to use sound or biting based moves for a round due to a burnt tongue. Additionally, the pudding is soaked with some variety of liquor, meaning that any Pokémon eating it has a 25% chance to become
drunk confused, and all Fire-type moves have a 10% chance to set the whole thing alight, dealing 3% Fire damage per round to any Pokémon who doesn't escape into the custard moat until it dies down. Finally, numerous coins are buried in the pudding for lucky and unsuspecting diners to find, and any Pokémon using Dig or any move that upturns the pudding (including eating it) has a 10% chance of gaining $1.
Time crept along at a snail’s pace atop the Enormous Christmas Pudding. One would think that it’s impossible to be bored in this arena, but there’s only so much Christmas pudding you can eat before your stomach dissolves, the chocolaty goodness spills into places in your body where it ought not to go, and you roll around on the floor in agony. The referee paid no heed to Zoroark’s and Blazie’s food-induced plights, though; nor did Lord Shyguy. Both seemed to be in another realm entirely – they just stood there, barely breathing, never blinking. It was ages until the referee mumbled a warning to Lord Shyguy before turning into a statue once more. He paid no attention to the warning, either; after what felt like another three long, torturous decades, blazheirio889 suddenly sprang back to life and snapped her fingers (feathers?). Lord Shyguy and Pyrite disappeared in a puff of smoke and confetti. Smiling and apologizing for the delay, the referee grabbed her flags and waved them to indicate the start of the (long overdue) round.

Freya was puzzled by one of her opponents’ sudden disappearance, but quickly shrugged it off – it meant an easier battle for her, right? Now she only had the worn-out, sleeping Aron to deal with. And his Substitute. Curling her little claws into her palm, Freya ran up to Po’s lookalike and gave it three powerful punches. Despite the fact that it was made of pudding and thus not nearly as brittle as Po’s steel-and-rock armour, the Substitute crumbled easily under the fighting energy-infused strikes.
Just as Freya struck the finishing blow, Po let out a wail of anguish, as if greatly saddened by the death of his beloved Substitute. He staggered towards the shrew Pokemon, grimacing and coughing and hissing. The cause for his peculiar noises and facial expressions was soon made apparent when the sleeping Aron opened his mouth wide, allowing a thick, purple sludge to drip from his jaws. The startled Freya had no time to scramble away, and she cried out in distress as the corrosive toxins quickly seeped into her skin. A faint, stinging pain began to circulate through her body. Oblivious, Po rolled over in the air and snored.
Angry now, Freya wiped what was left of the Toxic off her scales and marched around Po with fists clenched. Eventually she decided on a target: more specifically, the Aron’s underbelly, which he had foolishly exposed when he rolled over in his sleep. Letting loose with a battle cry, Freya jabbed into the dozing creature’s stomach, prompting a sharp whine with every punch. Clearly, Po was in pain, as his sleep immediately became more fitful: he writhed and groaned, the excruciating pain in his belly nearly sending him back to the waking world.
Once again, Po rose to his feet, even though he was still sleeping. This time, he growled angrily as he lumbered towards his opponent, the tips of his forelegs looking even shinier than usual. Upon reaching Freya, he reached down with his forelegs and slashed at the cowering Sandshrew – or at least, he tried to. Perhaps sleep and pain was still muddling his senses, as his attack narrowly missed its target. He was blissfully unaware of this, however, as after the Metal Claw was executed he settled down to sleep once more.
Freya nervously peered out from under a paw, having covered her head with her arms when Po intended to strike her. Confirming that her opponent was asleep once again, she drove her paws into the Aron’s armour with a third Brick Break, sending cracks running along the creature’s skin. Po was finally jolted to wakefulness by this attack, and he would’ve leapt to his feet if he had the energy to do so. He felt considerably more beaten up, and even his trusty Substitute was gone. Po glared at Freya, longing to take revenge, but his commands did not allow this; instead, he grudgingly let a thick film of metal spread all around his body, protecting weak spots with a tough covering. His newfound defensive capabilities did little to cheer him up, however, as the Aron suspected he would not last long enough to take advantage of them.

Terrain notes
There are two patches of sickly purplish pudding where the two Toxics struck. A short tunnel has been dug under the surface of the pudding, the two entrances/exits roughly six feet apart. Two more tunnels have been excavated: both slope sharply down and then abruptly level off. Both return to the surface.
Yet another tunnel has been dug out. This one does not go too deep. At its deepest point is a small cavern.
Final notes
Blazie attacks first next round.
Po’s Sleep Talk generated Toxic and Metal Claw.
Freya’s second Brick Break was a critical hit (not that it mattered, what with the damage cap – damn do those attack boosts jack up the damage).
Po’s Metal Claw missed.
