Okay, it's been a while since I did this...
Male
Adamant/Jolly Nature
Sturdy
Item: Muscle Band
Moves:
Dragon rush/dragon claw
Iron tail/Iron head
Avalanche/Ice Punch
Aerial Ace/ Aqua tail
(the left ones are the ones I think are better)
Ev spread: 4 Hp, 252 Speed, 252 attack.
To start, Adamant is the way to go. Drop the Speed EVs, no matter how many you put in, Aggron won't be outrunning much. That's okay, though, it's not supposed to. It should be able to take hits while dishing them out as well. Replace all the Speed EVs with HP EVs.
Now, for something like Aggron, a SubPunch set would be a nice one. Run Substitute and Focus Punch; with Aggron's acceptable Attack and insane Defense, it'll be able to make good use of it. Just keep it away from most special sweepers. The idea is that Substitute blocks off damage and status so that you're guaranteed to pull off your Focus Punch for massive damage. Aside from that, you've got the move choices all wrong; aside from Avalanche, the ones on the right are all better. Dragon Rush and Iron Tail both have accuracy problems, and Aqua Tail provides infinitely better type coverage than Aerial Ace. Not that it matters, though; you shouldn't be using any of them, except maybe Avalanche. I suggest a moveset of Substitute/Focus Punch/Avalanche/Stone Edge.
Leftovers is the item to go with. I don't know all that much about Aggron, because I don't use NU Pokemon, but I know a little about it. My guess is that your team is an OU team, taking your Togekiss and Rhyperior into account; in that case, Aggron may not be a great choice.
Male
Admant/Jolly nature
Torrent
Item: Choice Band/Scarf/Leftovers/Muscle band
Moves:
Return
Ice Punch/Fang
Waterfall
Dragon dance(if not choice)/Earthquake
(my bro is really into empoleon and hates shedinja, so...)
Ev spread: As before, 4 Hp, 252 Attack, 252 Speed.
Go for an Adamant nature, and hold a Life Orb. By default, if a Pokemon has a choice between Ice Fang and Ice Punch, go with Punch; Fang has lower power and accuracy, and its only real point is for those without better Ice moves. Run Dragon Dance over Earthquake and Earthquake over Return.
And that should be it. Oh yeah, and replace Feraligatr with Gyarados, as Gyarados does pretty much the same job, only a couple times better (Intimidate to neuter physical threats, higher base Attack and Speed, etc.). But if you want to use Feraligatr over Gyarados, well.
Male
Impish nature
Overgrow
Item: Leftovers(100%)
Moves:
Earthquake
Stone Edge/Rock Slide
Leech Seed
Synthesis
Ev Spread: 252 Hp, 118 Defense, 138 S.Defence.
Looks fine, but Leech Seed and Leftovers should provide you with enough recovery. Synthesis loses power in sandstorm, which is common because people love Tyranitar and (to a lesser extent) Hippowdon. Choose Stone Edge over Rock Slide. Synthesis should be dropped for Stealth Rock, as it strikes me now that you don't really have a Stealth Rock user.
Male
Shy/Modest nature
Serene Grace
Item: Lefovers/ Wise Glasses
Moves:
Thunder wave
Air Slash(60% flinch)
Roost
Charge Beam/Energy ball/Shadow Ball
Ev spread: 252 S.Attack, 140 Speed, 116 Hp.
Shy nature...? Calm is the best to use with Togekiss. You've got the right idea going here, using Togekiss to abuse its flinch-hax abilities, but you'll want to go with a more defensive spread here. 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef should be good. Also, Aura Sphere should go over Charge Beam and all those other options for its ability to hit Rock- and Steel-types that resist Air Slash.
Leftovers over Wise Glasses.
Adamant/Impish Nature
That stone guard thingy(reduces super effectiveness a little)
Item: Lefovers
Moves:
Stealth rock
Stone edge/Rock slide
Earthquake
Hammer arm/Avalanche
Ev spread: 252 Hp, 129 Defense, 129 S.Defense.
Oh okay, so you do have a Stealth Rock user. Thing is, Torterra does it better, so drop it for either Megahorn or Fire Punch (Megahorn for pure power, Fire Punch for coverage). Hammer Arm/Avalanche should be dropped for Aqua Tail.
The EV set for this should be 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP, with an Adamant nature. Give him a Choice Band to hold; his attack power is already insanely high, so why not boost it to overkill? (I have also finally gotten over my hatred of Choice sets due to the wonderful success of my Specs Jolteon.)
Hasty/Naive/Shy/Modest
....Obvious.
Item: Wise/ Choice glass.
Moves:
Heat wave/Flamethrower(one on one battles so flamethrower is favourable)
Air slash(heavy damage and flinch)
Focus blast/Punch(unlikely to use punch because of EV's and nature)
Substitute
Ev spread: 4 Hp, 252 Speed, 252 S.Attack.
There's that mysterious Shy nature again. XD;;
Running Charizard on this team is treading on thin ice. With how common Stealth Rock is, Charizard will find it almost impossible to switch in, as losing half its health on each switch-in is too much for Zard to handle.
That said, Flamethrower is a better choice than Heat Wave, but Fire Blast is better than both of them. Focus Punch actually still does decent damage on things like Blissey, although it's probably more useful to use Focus Blast overall. Drop Substitute for Dragon Pulse. If you get a good Hidden Power type (in Charizard's case, Electric or Grass), then drop Air Slash for it. Otherwise, keep it. Use Choice Specs for an item.
Honestly, though, I'd replace Charizard with something that's more able to help your team. I've noticed the majority of your team is made up of Rock-types and other Pokemon that benefit from sandstorm (Torterra works pretty well in it due to its ability to HP stall, and all Rock-types, like Aggron and Rhyperior, get a 50% special defense boost in sandstorm). To that end, I'd suggest a Tyranitar set, preferably a mixed set such as this one:
Tyranitar @ Leftovers
Sand Stream / Quiet
OR Brave
EVs: 252 HP / 52 Atk / 176 SpA / 28 Spe
- Substitute
- Focus Punch
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam
OR Flamethrower
OR Thunderbolt
This is a "classic" Tyranitar set. Send in Tyranitar on something it scares, use Substitute as it switches out, and attack accordingly. Focus Punch, like I said, is protected by Substitute. This is a mixed attacker set, which means it can attack effectively with both physical and special attacks. As an example, if your opponent brings out a Skarmory or other physical wall, you can hit it with Flamethrower or whatever other super-effective hit you have to deal more damage, since you're operating off its lower special defense stat. On the other side, you can use Focus Punch to deal with special walls such as Blissey (oh god I hate Blissey).
The big thing here is that Tyranitar's sandstorm helps a lot of your team out, save for maybe Togekiss and Gyarados/Gyarados Jr., in addition to Tyranitar being able to hold its own in battles as well.
Well, that's about it. Hope that helped.
