• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

My friend was crying about losing a plant...

You'd be surprised at how much emotion you can put into gardening if you really try your hand at it.

Yes, indeed. I used to have a dionea(the venus fly trap with multiple heads)
for 4 weeks, and when my mother forgot to water it and it died, it felt like one of my friends died(which means a lot to me, since i normally have around 1-2 friends.). RIght onw im attached to my flowers, which I always try to water(or make sure my parents won't forget to water).

I can relate with losing something important to me....

Infact, I got up at 6 am each mornig to feed the godamn thing. *sob*

Oh, poor thing D: Well, both plant and planter... I guess there will always be losses in life :/

And (some of) you people are horrible ò_ó

It's natural to feel a atachment to an object. It's like loveing an anime/manga charictor; it's not real but one can have a atachment to them.
if they have been though alot of crud strange atachment's are normal. my perants split up recantly and now I cant throw anything out.

Posting "I thought it was dead" and "is this worth bumping" does not help it die any faster, kthx. Twiggy, I would suggest checking the date of the thread's last post before you reply--there really wasn't any reason to bring this up again.
