You loose points for the light outline on ONLY the wing. Light outlines aren’t alwayd bad, but can look strange with dark outlines. The fluff on the head especially makes it stand out.

I’m getting tired of simple splices. It does look like you did a bit of extra work/thinking though, making it a 7 not a 6.

That light outline is being double-jeopardy here. Still, it looks fairly majestic.

A few questions regarding the ranking things.

1) What's an inferno? I think I know, but I'm not sure what you think it is.
2) If we revamp a R/B/Y sprite, do we keep it the same size?
3) Would the target score be the score for all the sprites together, as in the average, or the amount of points we need to get on every sprite?

It's like a pillowshade, but with a fiery color scheme.

I don’t know if this is a splice or a disguise, or a scratch, but I’ll give it a nine because it looks original to me. I mean, the basic idea of it. If it is a splice, you did a good job of hiding the base! I think it is a splice, but I’m not sure, and don’t know what the base would be.
Quality: 8
I’m a bit surprised at you PichuK. Close to black outlines on the part closest to the light? Tsk tsk.
Difficulty: 9
Again, since I don’t know what it is, it doesn’t get a ten. But, it does look like it was pretty difficult to make! Especially since the fur looks all scratched, except the tail.
WOWness: 8
Again with the scratched fur, that part makes it look kinda blocky. But other than that it looks good.

I usually give scratches 10/10, but this is basically a comet with a smiley face. Good idea though, and not a remake of a current pokemon. That’s getting harder and harder to do, with almost 500 out there…

That’s a very odd fire style, it looks almost like rotom’s electric arms. The actual comet quality looks fine though. Actually, you did pretty good with the shape of the tail.
Difficulty: 10
Yeah, it’s a scratch, and fire is difficult. Especially this different kind, not even really being made of fire and all. I also think geodude, one of the closest to this one, is really overdetailed, therefore making this one difficult if you are going for a similar look.
WOWness: 9
Mm, your shading makes it look a bit cartoony, but it’s still an excellent sprite.

Although I have never seen this sprite combination, it is yet another copypaste recolor sprite. (did you even recolor, or just use the shiny? I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt because I don’t feel like checking.)
Quality: 8
The front paw looks kinda edgey, and the back wing looks like it’s coming out from its butt. The wings should usually come from the shoulder, like the front one.
Difficulty: 7
It’s a seven instead of the usual six because you had to scratch the butt after erasing the tail. Not much, but it’s something.
WOWness: 7
Meh, nothing really special here. It’s a good splice and all other than the things I mentioned, but you didn’t really go above and beyond.

I changed my mind, you can enter as many as you want at a time, as long as you don't skip ranks.

Well, you recolored them green. Or maybe they started like that. Either way, you could have fixed it.

No points here, because you really can’t get creative with these.

The shading is kinda needing in places. On the foot, it is light colored, wven though it is facing the ground. The wing closest to us has odd shading- the bottom part has dark shading, and the right part doesn’t, even though they are almost equally far away from the light source (which should be top-left-front). And the tail shading…
Difficulty: 11/13
Revamping is actually a pretty hard style, and you picked a hard sprite.
WOWness: 12/13
Even though you didn’t get the shading quite right, it really doesn’t take away from the apparent quality of the sprite. It looks more like R/S/E to me though.

Yeah, the legs are spotted-outlined. People are having a lot of trouble with this today. There are also a few stray black spots in the hair. Last, the bag blends in with her skirt too much.

Well, it looks like you put some effort into this. That’s all I can say, since I don’t too well know my trainer sprites. Is it possibly the magma grunt girl with lass’s hair? Or am I completely wrong?

Zulo: Actully, it's a FR/LG main char girl sprite. I erased the hat and scratched the top part of the hair.

So, does this mean I get gold?

It's a Torkoal/Mightyena splice. I had it with lighter outlines, but it looked really weird. ANYWAY! Gold, yes.

sorry, this judging is so stupid.
the people that were judged by grimdour are getting fair marks, but almost everyone marked by zulo has passed? wtf? and i'm sorry but that articuno revamp is hardly a 33/40
