Lead. Fake Out something, and then beat it's face in with the right attack. Night Slash handles ghosts, Seed Bomb is for rocks, grounds, and waters, and U-Turn is for a GTFO situation.

This thing is annoying as hell. I have one just like it in my actual game, and it's swept entire teams. Curse until you can't Curse anymore, Milk Drink when you need to, and beat up everything else.

Subpunching. I have one just like this in my game, an I managed to surprise a ghost-type on the switch with a Focus Punch to the face, since I have Scrappy.

Good team overall. For PorygonZ, replace the Wse Gasses w/ Choice Specs for a much stronger attack. Nothing wrong with Miltank or Kangaskhan. On Clefable, I would replace Charge Beam w/ Thunderbolt, just because it starts out stonger, and won't miss. Take off Thunder Wave. Let Tri Atack do what it was meant to do.

And yeah, I don't know much about competitive battling but I know what Serene Grace does and what Tri Attack can do. So I would take off Thunder Wave and give it something else. I couldn't tell you what, though.
 
I'd take off TWave and give it an attack move with a side effect similar to that. With Serene Grace, it would be much more effective. Maybe Water Pulse or Signal Beam? (For confusion.)
 
Thing with Water Pulse and Signal Beam is there's still only a CHANCE for its secondary effect (however high it may be, there's still a chance it won't confuse), unlike TWave, which has a 100% chance of paralysis. In addition, confusion can be cured just by switching; paralysis doesn't give that luxury. And further, paralysis is more likely to stop an opponent from moving (IIRC), between the speed loss and the chance of full paralysis.
 
Well, yeah, I guess that would make sense... Because it has Serene Grace, though, any attack move with a side effect just seems better.

Might want to go for a Choice Scarf here, since it is a lead and needs to outspeed possible Trick users or whatever else your opponent decides to throw at you.

Hello there, I am a Boltbeaming tank sort of thing.
Maybe go with Thunderbolt and Calm Mind over Charge Beam and Cosmic Power. It means your defense suffers, but oh well. And it might pay to run a Toxic Orb, since that protects you from sleep/paralysis.

It might pay to go with another Normal/Flying type on the team since once Togekiss is gone Swords Dance Lucario walks all over your team. Scarfed Staraptor might be a good idea here, that way you can outrun it and KO with Close Combat (I'm pretty sure). The only thing it would make sense replacing is Miltank though, so I'm not sure if you'd want to do that. If you do keep Miltank though, replace Earthquake with Heal Bell so you have a good cleric on your team.
 
choice scarf is stupid on a set with fake out

tri attack is there for status, but whatever

CM will be boosting that too. My big question is where's the HP EVs? Those are... kinda important.

And don't put Choice Scarf on Persian. The thing's blisteringly fast anyway. All that does is destroy the purpose of Fake Out and outspeed maybe one or two Pokemon that it doesn't already.
