We're starting a year before the original list is found. So they day our characters were welcomed into their countries and given their weapons and new appearances.

Personality: Rae is very secluded. Tends to be a loner. He likes to work with his hands. Goes about things in a meticulous manner making sure everything is precise. Spends half is time working on keeping his muscles in great condition.
Appearance: Rae has a nice dark tint to his skin (mix between olive and light brown) with piercing green eyes the colors of emeralds. His black hair is cut short and spiked up in perfect angles. His face is very smooth with pronounced cheek and jaw bones.
For clothing he has a dark green shirt that is frayed at the bottom revealing some of his mid-riff. He wears black shorts that used to be jeans but were cut off at the knees. He goes about bare foot thus having rough feet.
Power: Natural Selection: He can control one "natural" factor at a time. eg: vines or rocks but not entire seas or forests.
Weapon: Hand claws. They are attached at his wrists and with the flick of a wrist they shoot out. Only has two "claws" in the shape of bull horns for Taurus.
