I've discovered that I have a knack for overworld sprites. So, request some off of me. I would prefer it if you only wanted one pose, but I can do an animation of it walking or a sheet of the poses if you like.

Examples of previous work:
redwood.png

The Pokémon Professor Redwood of my game Pokémon Lazuli.

magnus.png

The gym leader Magnus of the fangame Pokémon Acanthite.

Eww, Acanthite. :/ That game's really overrated if you ask me. And, um, Lazuli? What happened to Pokemon Scarlet?

But anyway. Those are nice, and I'm impressed because of the ridiculous amount of persistence it takes to make spritesheets. I should know, because sometimes despite my efforts I'm stuck doing them, and the repetition, not to mention the tiny amount of space to work with, drives me crazy.

Um. So if I request sprites from you, can they be used in this fangame I'm working for? I mean, I'm not saying they'd be accepted (the game director is... picky when it comes to overworlds, and whose sprites get in. Don't ask me why, these look really excellent) but I'll try my hardest for them to be and you'd be credited for it of course. Mmk? =D

So anyway. We're in need of, um, a sheet of overworlds for this person (Ignore my writing, you probably wouldn't be able to read it anyhow xD; ). RSEFRLG-style if you please. Yay, thanks. ^_^

I quit my role as Scarlet developer because I just wasn't doing what I wanted to be doing, which was making my own game (Lazuli).

Yeah, I can do that :) I'll give you them once I have finished (on a white background, because I have no clue about how to make transparent PNGs).

Mh. This is as to be expected, I guess. :/ But it seems like fangames go through developers faster than I go through shirts. And what, perchance, is the difference between Lazuli and Scarlet, besides the fact that there's a different region and a different professor named after a different tree? ...Erh, I'm getting off-topic here. xD

I use a program that came handily build-in to my computer, but if you're not as fortunate as I am (|D), you can always use Iaza to transparentize if it's not too much work. Then again, it doesn't really matter whether it's transparent or not-- it's the quality of the sprite, not the trivial garnishes.
