Color(s): Black speckled with white, violet, and blue, like stars, colors below; I'll edit it to be shiny.
Animal: Eeveelution
Description: An Eeveelution based off of the galaxy. The wings are regular wings, and the tail could be anything you think is like space. If that's too hard, make the tail like Suicune's.
Other: Make it like the night sky, and use the second image if you need inspiration.

Other: Can you make it so it's facing towards us and have the tail curve in front of it sightly.

EDIT: If you want to stop working on it, Funfunland, I have finally made a non-eyehurting shiny Boochu! If I'm allowed to upload and use both normal and shiny in my fakemon region, that is... But then again, I may be coming back for more amazing scratched for me fakemon region which has yet to have a name!

Sorry! I am alive, my internet broke, and because my brother's grounded, I got grounded. Stupid, right? And the only reason I'm on right now, is because my dad let me on his laptop. Now, I shall try to sprite with my finger instead of a mouse. =D
