Coloursfall
THIS IS HOW WE BLEED
feel free to give a better title.
The Story
Two sides, one good and one evil. Each side is in possession of one of the most powerful Pokemon Cards in existence. Ho-Oh LvX and Lugia LvX, viciously overpowered creatures, sealed away long ago and now discovered. The side of good holds Ho-Oh, and evil Lugia. If one side possesses both, they could wipe the other off the face of the planet with the pure power of both combined.
As a member of one of these teams, it is your mission to recover the other card and deliver it to your leader, bringing great power. Only the strongest battlers are permitted into the ranks, so you will be against some of the best players in the world. And your cards aren't the only way you have to take down your enemies...
Background Information
How battling in RP works:
-The announcer (played by me) will announce a turn order. The combatants will then take their turns. If a player does not respond withing a week, they are disqualified.
-During your turn, you may do all the actions one would be permitted in a usual game. You may, for instance, say that you draw a card, and play an energy, but you cannot say 'I draw an uber-powerful card and destroy you with it'
-The Pokemon you play are real, and will battle on the playing field like real Pokemon.
-Try to keep the battles short and up to chance, unless you arrange an outcome with the other player.
-Other things may go on in the RP while to players battle.
-Pokemon all start in their basic forms, and are 'mutated' to evolve, which looks painful, but isn't. They revert back to their basic stage after leaving the field.
-Pokemon may be summoned outside of battle, but will be the basic form (EG a Charmander, not a Charizard). Pokemon summoned like this are real, and can battle like regular Pokemon and use attacks, etc.
-You may describe the appearance of your Pokemon and their actions. Attacks do not miss in battles (except outside the ring), so saying they hit is permitted.
The League
-The League is very tightly-run, and breaking of the rules will result in expulsion from the League. The rules are as such:
--Do Not harm another player during a match
--Do Not tamper with another player's deck
--Theft of another's cards will be punished
--The willful destruction of another's cards will be punished
How To Get Cards
-There are several ways to get new cards
--For Pokemon, there are three ways - Capture, buying, and trading.
---Capture is when one goes and finds a wild Pokemon and captures it in a 'Blank Card' (Like a Pokeball)
---Buying is... buying. It tends to be very expensive, however.
---Trading is exchanging cards with another player
--Trainer Cards (Trainer, Pokemon Tool, Stadium, Supporter) are obtained by using a 'Blank Card' on an item, person, place, or event. These can be bought as well, but are expensive.
--Energy is simplest to obtain - They can be bought. They are cheaper than the other kinds of cards, but special energy is slightly more expensive.
The Sides
-There are two sides, Good and Evil.
--The good team is in possession of the Ho-Oh LvX card. They are trying to get the Lugia LvX card from the Evil team. Their goals are to maintain the ballance that the two legendaries are in. Their Primary types are Psychic, Steel, Fire, and Electric.
--The evil team Has the Lugia LvX card. They are trying to steal the Ho-Oh LvX from the good team. Their goals are to create a world for themselves with the two creatures. Their main types are Darkness, Grass, Water, and fighting.
--Then, there are the neutral parties. They favour no side, and will usually have goals unique to the individual. Their main Type is Normal.
-The teams tend to assign 'code names' to their members.
Ho-Oh and Lugia LvX
-Lugia:
Normal - Level-Up - 130 HP
PokeBody: Legendary Aura
If you have Ho-Oh LvX in play, ignore the [Nor] Energy requirement for all of Lugia's attacks.

Discard 2 Energy cards attached to Lugia or this attack does nothing
Weak- [Psy] x2 Resist- [Figh] -30 Retreat- **
-Ho-Oh:
Fire - Level-Up - 140HP
PokeBody: Rainbow Aura
If you have Lugia LvX in play, all Ho-Oh's attacks do 50 more damage to the defending Pokemon.
[Nor][Nor][Nor][Nor] Rainbow Destruction 50x
Does 50 damage times the number of different basic Energy attached to Ho-Oh.
Weak- [Wat] Resist- -- Retreat- **
Rules:
-The usual RP stuff, No Godmodding, Powerplaying, etc.
-Use a random coin flip generator for coin flips - makes things more real.
-You will not always win - keep that in mind.
-Keep it PG13 or so.
-Put Autumn in your form if you've read all this
-You can't have a Ho-Oh or Lugia - sorry. Anything else is fair game, though.
-You cannot have the same type combo as another player (EG no water/dark if someone has it, etc)
Notes:
-Useful for Card Info
-It's best to have at least some knowledge of the TCG. Learn how to play Here
-It won't be ALL battling, ok?
-I know that there aren't really Ho-Oh LvX and Lugia LvX cards x3 I made them up.
-If no-one joins this I'll go insane, this took forever D:
-Give me ideas for League rules and stuff plz
