Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

So many cosplays~!

Automata heart

a skirt full of scamper and a head full of vodka
I am a cosplayer and have been to three cons, next year, I have another three, and already have all my cosplays booked. During my last con I got to spend some time with some awesome people and got to talking about other cosplays we should do as a group, and came up with lots of ideas. I am going to be mega busy but i'm going to really enjoy making the props this time~!

You cosplay? That's so cool! I want to cosplay, but the outfits are so expensive! I also can't make anything myself... TT^TT
Have fun being an otaku!

I'd like to cosplay more, but I've never been to a convention. xD I'm going to my first one next year, and I have two costumes (which I suppose is enough for now).
I usually don't make my own props; I just buy something that looks similar. Though I've never dressed up as something with a strange prop before, either...
One time I actually did a full cosplay for a "crazy hair day" at school a few years ago, but it looked relatively normal.

Have fun at all your conventions! I have yet to see what they're like but I'm sure they're awesome.

I was going to do a cosplay this year, but when I sent in measurements to the website, they told me they couldn't make a costume by size due to the fact my bust and chest width being difficult to tailor for. Or Something like that,

That sucks. I have the same issue (large bust and wide shoulders and back.) and I can advise binding and buying a size larger and finding someone to taloir it for you. also, try looking on lots of other websites, youmight be able to find someone who can fit it to your mesurments.
