Terry, I downloaded it and played it and I have some comments.

First of all, the male character sprite, all that's been changed are the colours and you've only edited the frame facing down.

Second, renaming Pokemon isn't really hard, that doesn't show hacking skill as you just type in the new name in YAPE.

Thirdly, in Viridian city, the new grass patch has ? Pokemon, that means, if you're using Advanced Map, that you have to fill all the slots in the grass section or you get ? Pokemon.

Lastly, you've messed up the tiles in Viridian city as there's clouds reflecting in the poke centre and poke mart. If you did that on purpose, it doesn't look very good.

To show hacking ability, create some new maps that look good and design and make some scripts that work. Also try inserting completely new pokemon with new stats and evos.
 
Terry, I think you should post the link to the game and see if people like the style and layout otherwise you'll be wasting your time making the website if no-one's interested in it.
 
Terry, can you really expect people to help if you ORDER US TO, WITH CAPS LOCK ON? People will help if you are polite and patient, not if you are angry and tell us what to do.
 
Terry, I didn't get those to people to help me by ordering them around and CAPS LOCKING THEM. People don't want to use up their free time making stuff for your game unless they can actually see what your doing. At the moment you're just saying you can hack and showing no real proof, I mean that FireRed rom you uploaded shows prctically nothing except that you can put put in a few pokemon in some new grass and you made a mistake in that anyway.
You should show examples of your hacking (more than what you did before) and show that you actually have a plan for you're game.
