Team Draconic

O.K. Here is my current team, Team Draconic: Salamence, Crobat, Dragonite, Garchomp, Tyranitar, and Charizard.
I might replace Charizard, so who could I replace him with?
Also, rate my team, be harsh if you want, I don't mind. And later, I can battle.

Uh... Movesets? Natures? Held items, EV spreads, perhaps? At least tell us the movesets, because that's pretty important.

Anyway, from what I can see you have an incredible weakness to Ice, so I'd advise you keep Charizard. And what is Crobat doing there? He... doesn't seem much like a draconic Pokemon to me in the slightest.

...you realize that half your team has a 4x weakness to Ice, right? A Blissey with Bolt-Beam could kill half your team.

Also, you need a sturdy Pokemon with the intention of walling your foes. Everybody here is more offensively inclined. Consider getting rid of Tyranitar, as most of your team isn't immune to Sandstorm, limiting their survivability. (Also, Garchomp is an Uber, so you might want to replace him with something else.)

Now, I DO NOT use EV's or IV's.
Garchomp: Impish nature: Double team, Dragon Claw, Iron Tail, Aerial ace: Scope Lens.
Charizard: Mild nature: Blast Burn, Flamethrower,Air slash, Shadow Claw: Charcoal.
Tyranitar: Quirky nature: Crunch, Stone Edge, Dragon claw, Thunder fang: Razor Claw.
Dragonite: Rash nature: Thunderpunch, Hyper Beam, Fire Punch, Dragon rush: Expert Belt.
Crobat: Brave nature: Poison fang, Giga drain, Air slash, Protect: Big Root.
Salamence: Calm nature: Crunch, Fly, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse: Leftovers.
I know I should have put this stuff on the first post. Right after I posted I was like, "DAMN! I look like an idiot!" And Crobat is on there because it was originally 'Team Devastation' but I'm not that great of battler, so I changed the name considering 5/6 of my pokémon are dragon-type or realated to a dragon in some way. Plus, Crobat is more Draconic then half the other pokémon.
I send out Tyranitar last.(Or right before Garchomp) It protects the rest of the team, and I like to think my Tyranitar is heroic enough to win the battle when my others have failed.
I hope to keep Tyranitar, because it is strong, cool, and badass. I could get rid of Garchomp though. And I know about my weakness to ice. I knew that when I started a Dragon-Based team.

I'm particularly leery on Crobat, still. It's meant to be a lead Pokemon: very fast, able to Taunt before almost all other Pokemon, Hypnosis them, U-Turn out, etc. And its special attack is incredibly low, so even if you target a rock-ground Pokemon with Giga Drain, it probably won't do cataclysmic amounts of damage. So I don't see the point of Giga Drain and Big Root; it doesn't have enough HP to last long, and if you really wanted to go with the 'last long' route then Roost would've been a better option. Actually, I'm not entirely sure what Protect and Air Slash are there for; Protect for scouting, perhaps, that's viable. But like I said before, Crobat has some crappy special attack. Brave Bird would be a good option, unless you don't like the recoil.

If you're planning on keeping Garchomp, kill Iron Tail and Double Team. Iron Tail has some unreliable accuracy, and its coverage isn't that good anyway; Fire Fang or Stone Edge would be better. Double Team is typically banned in competitive play. And a yache berry would be better for a held item, I think.

Dragonite looks okay, I guess, but swap out Hyper Beam for something else. Normal doesn't score any super-effective hits, and I assume you wanna take advantage of that expert belt as best as you can. Alternatively, you could go with Dragon Dance, seeing as it seems physical-oriented.

Don't have time to look at the rest, but I hope this helped.

Never start a team based on one type. Ice type moves aren't very rare, and I can imagine a Swampert walling your team with relative ease.

A team filled with only sweepers is guaranteed to fail when pitted against a good wall. Something good with few weaknesses... say, Blissey, would work wonders on your team.

For Crobat, I'd recommend Taunt, Hypnosis, U-Turn, and a move of your choice.

Never start a team based on one type.
Hey, I have a mono Steel-type team that works just fine competitively.

Also, a few pointers regarding those moves.

On Charizard: Ditch Blast Burn or Flamethrower, having moves with repeated types is only advantageous in some rare occasions. As for which one to choose, well, I'd ditch Blast Burn because, despite being powerful, the recharge time is costly, specially when it's a Charizard, weak to Sltealth Rock and not particularly built for defense. Also, I'd consider Fire Blast over Flamethrower, but the power vs. accuracy debate baffles even pros, so, that's a decision for you to make. Also, Air Slash benefits from STAB, but doesn't have a worthwile type coverage -- you have STAB Fire-type moves for Grass- and Bug-types, and Fighting-types won't switch in often.

On Tyranitar: Dragon Claw is a tad unecessary here, since your team has enough Pokémon who can pull it off with STAB. Also, Thunder Fang is really lacking in power; Tyranitar can learn some moves that are much better.

On Dragonite: Consider Dragon Claw or Outrage over Dragon Rush. Again, it's the accuracy debate, except with a third risky but most often worth it move. In case you're wondering, it's not hard to cope with the confusion afterwards, it's just a matter of switching out. Also, as mentioned earlier, ditch Hyper Beam; its type coverage sucks and it's not worth the recharge time.

On Crobat: Crobat is one of the fastest Pokémon in the game (third fastest non-legendary, tied with some others), though with pretty average offences. So, as it was suggested, get a bit more tactical with it. Kam's suggested moveset is pretty fine. I recommend you fill his "move of your choice" slot with Confuse Ray, Roost or Protect -- the latter being what I'd go for.

On Salamence: Ditch Fly, the "charge" turn gives your opponent time to switch away, not to mention it has a poor type coverage, again. Ditch Dragon Pulse, since you already have Draco Meteor.

And since you're probably not keeping the Garchomp, I feel no need to comment on it.

Your strategy could also use some reviewing, but, for the time being, I suppose these pointers are enough.
