Never start a team based on one type.
Hey, I have a mono Steel-type team that works just fine competitively.
Also, a few pointers regarding those moves.
On Charizard: Ditch Blast Burn or Flamethrower, having moves with repeated types is only advantageous in some rare occasions. As for which one to choose, well, I'd ditch Blast Burn because, despite being powerful, the recharge time is costly, specially when it's a Charizard, weak to Sltealth Rock and not particularly built for defense. Also, I'd consider Fire Blast over Flamethrower, but the power vs. accuracy debate baffles even pros, so, that's a decision for you to make. Also, Air Slash benefits from STAB, but doesn't have a worthwile type coverage -- you have STAB Fire-type moves for Grass- and Bug-types, and Fighting-types won't switch in often.
On Tyranitar: Dragon Claw is a tad unecessary here, since your team has enough Pokémon who can pull it off with STAB. Also, Thunder Fang is really lacking in power; Tyranitar can learn some moves that are much better.
On Dragonite: Consider Dragon Claw or Outrage over Dragon Rush. Again, it's the accuracy debate, except with a third risky but most often worth it move. In case you're wondering, it's not hard to cope with the confusion afterwards, it's just a matter of switching out. Also, as mentioned earlier, ditch Hyper Beam; its type coverage sucks and it's not worth the recharge time.
On Crobat: Crobat is one of the fastest Pokémon in the game (third fastest non-legendary, tied with some others), though with pretty average offences. So, as it was suggested, get a bit more tactical with it. Kam's suggested moveset is pretty fine. I recommend you fill his "move of your choice" slot with Confuse Ray, Roost or Protect -- the latter being what I'd go for.
On Salamence: Ditch Fly, the "charge" turn gives your opponent time to switch away, not to mention it has a poor type coverage, again. Ditch Dragon Pulse, since you already have Draco Meteor.
And since you're probably not keeping the Garchomp, I feel no need to comment on it.
Your strategy could also use some reviewing, but, for the time being, I suppose these pointers are enough.
