I wanted to make a thread related to that. For me, it was a highlight for alola in general, i had a lot of fun watching it (and writing about it after xD).

I'm so happy Ash actually won. The final battle with kakui was amazing, too~

Such a nostalgic part of 2019 for me <3 2019 was a rough year for me, anyways.....with my mom dying and all :(

I also liked Ash's battle with Gladeon a lot :3 Gladeon's fighting style was really fierce xD it got my blood pumping a bit to see his battles in general. He was a fun rival.
 
I agree it was epic :D that league felt a little rushed with all the 3 on 3s though but still a milestone :3
