What happens in death, the sleep from which no one awakens?
Why does death have to steal away our loved ones?
How many people, in the course of human history, have wished for eternal life?
You are one of several teenage humans who have become immortal. Somehow, your wounds heal faster than they normally should. Whenever you are close to a disaster, miraculously, a mysterious force seems to pull you out of harm's way. You might have become fearful, you might have gone insane. You might have lived since medieval or industrial times, or you might be a modern child of the 21st century. You might be bored of this long and tiring existence, or you might think the fun has just started.
You have no idea why this has happened to you. However, certain people have become suspicious of you. Sometimes you swear that you can see strange people hovering near you; they all look like ordinary people apart from the fact that they cover up their eyes or most of their faces all the time. The times you should have died but did not die are clear in your mind, and these events have become suspicious to them as well. Every time you see these people they give you the creeps. You know that you must leave the city, and fast, before any of these strange people catch you. Maybe, you hope, you can find people like yourself who can tell you the answers.

This roleplay takes place in the real world. No magic or Pokemon, sorry. Romance is allowed, if you wish. :P
Your character can be from virtually any time period, but please keep it after 1000AD. Your character is not a time traveler, so s/he should be relatively familiar with modern technology unless s/he is an Amish or lives in a tribal society in the middle of nowhere or something ridiculously uncommon like that.
I'm hoping I get some reasonable posts here- at least 3 sentences per post should do, or something to that length. I will kick you if you fail to fulfill this requirement.

My form.
Name: Deucalion "Leon" Diakos
Sex: Male
Birthday: September 13th c. 1650 AD
Appearance: About 5'11", he appears to be an ordinary boy in his late teens. His straight hair, naturally a dark reddish-brown, is dyed with streaks of crimson tied back in a short ponytail. He usually gives off a very jaded, arrogant air, especially because his dark brown eyes appear to be glaring most of the time. With his tanned skin and lean muscle, Leon looks like a stereotypical surfer. He is most often seen wearing khaki cargo pants and loose-fitting t-shirts
Personality: Leon is strongly independent and extremely capable of supporting himself. He doesn't interact often enough with people to form lasting relationships, but he acts politely enough towards most people he meets. However, he occasionally gets temperamental with those he deems slow, dim-witted, or ridiculously stubborn. As a result from being a loner most of his life, Leon secretly longs for something like a real friendship, but he is fully aware of the awkwardness his longevity would cause over time. He currently feels very frustrated with his life, feeling that he has not done anything important or meaningful and that he has no purpose.
Bio: His origins are Greek, but he has long forgotten most of the fine details of his past. He remembers his childhood and his last few years most clearly. He remembers wandering around Europe often, doing part-time jobs and never staying in one place for too long. Where he did stay too long, the neighbors and townspeople often grew suspicious of his perpetual youth and occasionally turned violent against him. Leon has developed a deep distrust and hatred for Christianity as a result. He has suffered greatly psychologically, from depression and loneliness, but he tries to hide it behind a cool, unfazed attitude.
Other: Nothing.
