When I hover over something, sometimes text comes up. How do I do it?

You can't do it in your sprite thread.

It's html. <img src='URL' title='TEXT' /> but it'd only work in HTML sigs.
 
...huh? What exactly are you referring to? There never was a "text thing" that allowed you to put titles on images in posts if you mean that, but if you're referring to when you hover over your sprite thread's title in the thread listings, that's automatically the first words of the thread. And if you're referring to something else, please be specific.
