Emergency Referee Outpost

This needs an e-ref, if'n ye please. SomeGuy posted in teh Absence thread inviting us to apply for one, and Harmony and i agreed on it, so.

Also, there's a bit of a debate on the outcome of the next round, so I'm having Harmony forward the e-ref the pms SomeGuy and I were exchanging. Just as a heads-up.

EDIT: Conferred with Blade, and our battle hasn't been touched in a good month, at least. e-ref for this, too, if someone could.

I feel bad asking for a ref when I haven't been able to get my shit together and do any reffing of my own, but it's not fair to keep Skyman waiting, so. Can someone please take this? Alternatively, if you're all really that scared of a double battle uninterested and it's been about a week since this post, can we just have it closed in a draw? Thanks in advance for... whatever happens.

I'll be taking that, as agreed over by VM with Skyman. Expect a reffing... soonish, probably quickly after I get this metronome generator to work on my computer.
 
Question, what happens to battles that are abandoned by refs and no e-ref is willing to take it? Is it like the battle never happened and no exp or money is awarded or what?
