The Only Cliff In The World That's Indigo
As you walk in, after hiking up rowing through a river, and almost got soaked in the process. This place better be good.
As you walk torward a small opening in the...strangely indigo-colored cliff, you are greeted by a young girl with long chocolate brown hair seeming to be of mixed race. She looks up from writing what seems to be a rather large book review, and greets you. "Hi! Welcome to Indigo Cliff! Here, you can catch various Pokemon waiting to be your friend and maybe find some items! Have a nice time here~!" The cliff obviously is connected to a mountain, and if you look deep inside, there's a rather large lake. If you walk out of the cliff, there's a seemingly endless expanse of fresh green grass.
YOU BEGIN YOUR CHALLENGE WITH SIX INDIGO BALLS. YOU MAY PURCHASE EXTRA, BUT THIS WILL COST YOU $1 PER BALL AT THE END OF YOUR RUN. YOU WILL BE CHARGED AT THE END OF YOUR RUN ACCORDING TO THE POKÉMON YOU HAVE CAPTURED. COMMON AND UNCOMMON POKÉMON COST $1, RARE $2 AND SUPER RARE $3. THERE ARE NO EXTRA FEES FOR SHINIES. ITEMS ARE FREE.
YOU CAN CHOOSE TO IGNORE A POKÉMON. YOU MAY VISIT MULTIPLE AREAS. IF YOU ARE ABSENT FOR A WEEK, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR POKEMON AND ITEMS AND YOUR CAUGHT POKEMON AND PICKED UP ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO ME.
PAYING RULES IN (slight) DETAIL
When you go directly from one area (i.e. Lake to Mountain), only after finishing all your Indigo Balls, you automatically pay for the next set of Indigo Balls-discounted at $3.
When you voluntarily move from one area ("I'd like to try the Mountain, even though I'm at the Lake at the moment") you don't need to pay.
You may always get more Indigo Balls at any time for the $1 price of each.
When you come in, it's free.

~To access the Pond, you must have a Pokemon with Surf or rent a Surfboard for an extra fee of $2.
~In the Mountain, there is a 5% chance a rock may block your path. In the event that occurs, you need a Pokemon with Rock Smash or Strength or you can rent a Hammer for a one-time fee of $2.
