I made that with a generalization for electric types as each has its own method.
Jolteon for example generates electricity in its cells from excess electrons that build up. From there, its fur amplifies it to the extent that it can create thunderbolts.

Pikachu's body regularly produces electricity and stores this in its cheeks. The pouches on the cheeks amplify this electricity. Raichu and Pichu do this as well.

Mareep's wool generates so much static electricity that its body doesn't have to do much. Using its tail, it can produce many volts of electricity. This is the same with Flaafy. Ampharos ears produce electricity from electrons gathered from the air. It is then amplified in its tail.

Zapdos beats its wings such that much static builds up. So much static builds from this that it is able to release it as high voltage electricity.

Electrode has something much like a generator in its body. This generator produces electricity and occasionally overheats causing Electrode to explode.

Raikou produces electricity from electrons in the air. It stores this electricity in the black regions of its fur. From there it creates high voltage electricity from the odd appendage on its back.

Plusle and Minun produce weak electricity through the same method as the Pikachu line. When these two gets close however, their electric power doubles.

Electric has sharp, straight fur that acts as a lightning rod. Its fur also amplifies electricity produced from running around. This is the same with Manectric.

Elekid produces electricity by creating static via swinging its arms around. The two prongs on its head amplify the electricity. This is the same with Electabuzz and Electrivire respective to their appendages.

Pachirisu produces electricity the same as the Pikachu line.

Magnemite and its evolution line produce electricity from molecular static created from the magnets it has. The metal on its body then amplifies the electricity.

Cinchou and Lanturn have odd bacteria in their bulbs/orbs that produce electricity from the water. It then uses these bulbs/orbs to amplify the electricity.

Shinx and its line are much like Electrike.

Rotom is a phantom made of electrical power, it was apparently produced when a phantom took control of a TV. The electricity on its body is used to produce even more.

They generate electricity in their body via whatever biological method they use. From there, their outer shell/fur amplifies the electricity to whatever extent it can to produce electric attacks.

Overwhelming? That's only a bit of what my mind can do. :3
I already did the Flying type Eeveelution.
Dangit, forgot to add it evolves via level up while holding a dragon scale.

Aereon
Description: Same basic shaoe for an Eeveelution. It has wing-like ears. On the back of each of its paws is a small feather. Its tail is much like the one Pidgeotto has, just like a fan-out of feathers. It is also all white and it has sky blue eyes. It evolves from Eevee via level-up while holding a Shining Feather.

Ability: Wind Veil: Raises evasiveness in a windstorm.

Draceon: Dragon Type
Instead of having fur like the others, it is covered in orange scales. Its ears seem to be small rounded horns that are covered in orange scales. It has a tail similar to Salamence. It has orange-yellow eyes that are a shape much like Jolteon's eyes. it has little claws on each of its paws. Instead of the normal molars that the other Eeveelutions have, it has many sharp teeth. It evolves from Eevee via level-up while holding a Dragon Scale. (Pokedex data to be later enclosed)
Ability: Dragonproof: This pokemon cannot be effected by Dragon type moves.

So far though I have only put down information for the Flying type.
I got all the stuff, from there I just have to figure out how the English names for it all will work.
