• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

  • so let's say a thing has a name 日日. well, it works better as a nickname, I suppose. say the name is 某某日. uh that's a full name, I guess. anyway, 日日. how to pronounce. confer nnh, how is it? I mean at least 日日 has actual vowel sounds, right. they just. happen to do weird things there. still, how would you pronounce it?
eh, nini, what tz are you in again, pdt gmt-7? ... mai is an hour behind me usually, eh, and you're two behind it, and I think you observe dst over there? ew dst.

so it's like seven for me right now and this is pkt gmt+8 so eh it's like 4 in the morning at this point for you, eh? ... you're probably awake, eh? is not like you have an actual sleep schedule, eh?

... you should at other place more often, eh. important is the stretch of emm logs from 19 Jul 12, 06:55 AM en.

actually correction you ought to at all other placen more often. (how many? all of it.)
that, too, yes. although that is morr the effect of condensing "zheirio" into "zyroo" that ... well, that active ingredient of bluzzy.
... I pulled it out of your vm logs. see the quotation marks? yeah.

bluzzy is easier to pronounce, yeah, because you can do an /ʌ/ instead of having to do an /eɪ/. which is, you know, easier. also easier to spell.

by the way, is it fun to type sresersersreserserserersresrsrsesresersrervoir?
"*explodes* Speaking of which, I've always wondered: how is "Blazhy" pronounced anyway? I always think it's "blay-zhee" or something, but it could be "blah-zhee" or even "bluh-zhee" since there's no e right after the z and now I'm confused."

obviously it is pronounced bluh-see. or blü-see. you know, like muzzy. sort of.

    or, you know, like būlājī.

    also a useful reference
linoone want to end our battle in a draw ?? it's going on forever so we can just... get exp... and get out 9_9
... This is pretty silly, but do you particularly care about the gender of your gulpin? Considering you've Madoka'd,

There might be EXP coming in from the contest, too!
No, we should stop buying things that are more made in China. We can buy things that are kind of made in China.
But the cheaper yet less reliable things are more made in China than other products that are more expensive but more durable!
The thread must've been made in China. It was cheap, but we just sewed my arm back on a week ago and it's broken already!
Like I said before, the computer is killing our generation.

We should bomb computer factories as our last act of defiance. This creaky old body isn't going to last much longer anyway. *arm snaps off at elbow*
I know, right? If some kid who was born into poverty can start a successful business, anyone can! Kids these days are just /lazy/, saying that they can't do the same.
Yes, books. So much better than those evil, dusty machines! Oh, and newspapers, can't forget those. In Chinese of course.
((What? Huh. I've always been eating with my parents downstairs together while we have a conversation))

AND I SIPHON 99.8% OF MY INCOME TO YOU
Much better than spending hours on that /dreaded/ computer! I swear that devilish machine is destroying this generation.
((wait in non-asian households this isn't normal??))

    I AM OVERWHELMED WITH GRATITUDE
BUT I GUESS THAT THIS GRATITUDE IS STILL NOT ENOUGH
I know he /adores/ those colleve-level math-prep books! He always begs for those on his birthday.

    I expect nothing less! *pat*
I'M DONE MY 5 HOURS CAN I EAT DINNER NOW
WHILE YOU KEEP ON WATCHING THOSE SAME DRAMAS ON THE SAME CHANNEL ALL DAY EVERY DAY
I could gift him textbooks! He likes textbooks.

Linoone is the best Asian mother. I'm proud of you, daughter!
