• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

  • ... Please don't tell me you hate me forever after that review of When Ponies Cry :(

I didn't mean to be rude if that's what I sounded like...

    D:
That's a lot of pony fic. 0_0 Speaking of Yesterday's News, you sort of nailed Greedity unintentionally. Is Rarity going to turn into her?

Um, sure. Sorry about that D:

(Also I'll be making it one of the things that I'm DOING and not just "doing" okay I have a lot of things to do but I'm helping with this so)
    Thank you, sir.

...Huh. How interesting. Your birthday is a day before mine. Happy belated birthday, sir. I hope you had a fine birthday.
Well, depends on the kind of combo. If it were the aforementioned FireMach Punch, it would essentially just be a Fire Punch with increased priority. On the other hand, if it were a Bounce(down)+Fire Punch combo you would essentially do a fire-type Bounce or something. Honestly, it's all based on your interpretation.

For energy, the comboed attacks' energy costs are usually added together.
First, you figure out how the two moves would work together. If you can't figure out a way that they could combine easily, just have them executed separately. Then, have the pokemon use the combo on the action that it's ordered to. Its next action will then be forfeited. For instance:

    Pokemon 1: Fire Punch+Mach Punch ~ Protect

That pokemon would use Fire Punch on the first action, except it would move first with the attack because of Mach Punch. So it's like a priority Fire Punch. Anyway, it would use that on the first action, and then skip the second action and use Protect on the third.
    Yeah...

That's great! I'm currently lazing around feeling sick right now, so. I don't think I'll be losing any weight.
    Oh...yeah....oops.

I have a short temper, and I can be really impatient. That probably sums it up. Also, I talk too much (ask anyone), and I have a tendency to become hyper for no reason, so I can be pretty annoying.
Gee thanks for the support :P I probably exaggerated a bit. And most of all my enemies are guys. Gosh I wonder why...

    Friended by Ever, for Ever.
Sadly, I have a habit of making enemies. I can't decide if it's my super long, sharp nails, my evil glare, or my sarcasm.
