    Re: Platinum Battle Hall Pokémon I've heard that lots of people just use Banded/Scarfed Garchomp and just spam Outrage, using Crunch or Fire Fang for Shedinja. It's extremely unoriginal but ridiculously powerful if you just want to win.

    I just finished breeding Careful Laprases with Curse. It took me three days (I was doing other stuff at the same time) to get one with good IVs because Lapras takes a ridiculous amount of time to hatch but in the end, the best one I got was 27/30/28/5/28/23 which is amazing considering my luck...

    Do NOT use Xatu. I'm serious. It doesn't get a good Psychic type attack until waaay after the E4, or just before if you keep at as a Natu for the entire game. I'm not saying that Xatu is necessarily bad but, as someone who has used Xatu already, I think that it will just be annoying.
