quick, painlessly, and without any time to go into the hospital because i would hate seeing my friends and family all around me crying over me
 
To be continuously ripped apart in a black hole, where you regenerate every particle lost, meaning you feel endless pain until you die, that would be fun.

Or you know, eating chocolate until you die, a cheesy movie death, or the famous "drug-fueled sex heart attack" that Tailsy suggested in another thread.
