OK. The eyes are a little uneven and I get the feeling that they're COPY FLIPPED. As for the ears, the shading isn't correct for the one on our right. Where is the light coming from? The body looks OK but there seem to be some purple dots among the black outline. On the tail the split part on our right isn't round enough and is much to flat. The gem's and everything that I haven't pointed out is OK unless I missed something[or a lot of things].

As for this one...it's actually quite good but I am rather tired so I'll leave this for someone else to crit. Sorry.
