If it's alright, I noticed that there aren't any TMS members, so...
Name: Ruskin
Gender: Male
Age: 37
Species: Gyarados, TMS
Personality: He's actually quite gentle, though does enjoy training and playfully thrashing about in water. He's very loyal to the TMS, and believes everything they're doing is right. However, before being brainwashed, he hated the Team Murking Shadows because they reminded him of Team Rocket, which results in him sometimes wondering why he's even in TMS in the first place.
Appearance: He's the famed Red Gyarados, which means he's a shiny.
Others: When he was just a Magikarp living in the Lake of Rage, Team Rocket captured him for defarious deeds, turning him into a Shiny Gyarados, and he quickly became the infamous Red Gyarados. After he was captured by a female trainer, whose name he forgot after the brainwashing, said trainer was tracked down by Team Murking Shadows and killed for his PokeBall. Remembering how Team Rocket treated him, he fought against TMS, and had to be brainwashed into submission. He now works willingly for them, not remembering his past life at all.
He also supposedly had an egg with Clair of Blackthorne City's Dragonair before brainwashed.

Personality: Warm hearted and sometimes arrogant, quiet most of the time and has a strange way of understanding his pokemon. Rarely intrudes in others problems.

Background: When TMS first chained the two pokemon on the mountain he and his pokemon attempted to free them, when his Scizor was attacked and thrown off the top he was captured by TMS, Its pokeball rolled off the mountain after it, After being trapped for many weeks an earthquake shook the building and he was freed.

Species: Bulbasaur (Free)
Personality: A bit more cheery than Neon, Ivy is a kind-hearted Pokemon. She helps friends out when needed. She believes aggresion isn't the answer to everything, and only fights when required, when provoked, or when a close friend gets hurt.
Appearance: Ivy isn't different from any regular Bulbasaur.
Others:
( Bio: Ivy, along with Neon, were Jared's Pokemon before he was killed. Ivy had always been cheery and confident things would turn out all right in the end, and even through that hard time, kept her attitude while Neon took the toll.
Neon and Ivy had been with each other ever since the loss (Not love, traveling, mind you). Earlier, before the Mt. Coronet incident, Ivy had been lost, and ever since, believed Neon had left her. )
Decided to make a new character. Neon needs another traveling partner anyway, meh.
