Yes, it's back again! Fwee. Hopefully it'll take off this time.

Pokemon, trained to be the best fighters of all and evolved so that they are truly terrors in battle. Those same Pokemon, held in specialized sleep-chambers to ensure that the next Champion of any region would have the honour of having them as his team. Around them, the world collapses, as ambitious humans squabble.

Some influential people want the world for themselves, and don't wish to share with restless trainers. Pokemon training is a waste of money, of resources. The Pokemon League is forgotten, the Elite Four in disgrace, and no Champions come forth. Mechanical weapons are created, and destruction reigns as trainers and Pokemon are hunted down by those who'd rather live without a reminder that so much money goes into supporting trainers who give nothing in return. Until, at last, the turmoil ceases, leaving the regions relying on Pokemon for simpler tasks: rebuilding the gyms and cities that were in the conflict, hunting for food, and finding suitable places to expand settlements. A chance dig near Union Cave in the Johto region reveals a strange set of rooms. Curiosity is what drives the ones doing the dig to discover the sleeping Pokemon, but most of the world wouldn't be too thrilled to have them awakened.

Okay, so there are three 'sides' so to speak. The sleeping Pokemon (which obviously have to be Pokemon), the members of the dig (human or Pokemon) and the remnants (humans, and are against the idea of Pokemon and humans working together. These guys can simply not like change, or have a phobia of Pokemon, or something completely different. As long as they're not happy). Sound simple? There will be fights, which will be in ASB-style, and Pokemon and humans can communicate, to make things easier. The RP will start when we have around two members on each 'side', though people will still be able to join.

Now, about the setting. Most cities are crumbling ruins at the moment. The level of technology isn't any different from when Pokemon training was popular, except for the inclusion of devices, usually nets, that steal the energy of a target. They then store the energy in a small cylinder, which you can detach and plug into whatever needs power at the moment. Pokemon cooperate with humans when it suits them, but they are no longer pets or partners.

The dig is not widely known about - a sponsor might find out about its results quickly, but otherwise, there won't be many who realize what the dig has unearthed other than the dig members themselves. Important plot points, such as the involvement of a certain group of powerful Pokemon *coughcough* will be controlled by me for the most part, and in all italics.[/randominfodump]

Gender: Female
Species: Aerodactyl
Age: 18 when put into the sleep chambers
Description: With thick hide and long, narrow wings, Skaldia is built for speed and agility. The spike on the back of her skull is elongated, with a slight curve, and her claws are long enough to let her awkwardly pick things up. Her talons are also long, but obviously meant for fighting rather than dexterity. Her tail is thick, so it can act as a rudder, but gradually tapers to the arrowhead at its tip, and is long enough to be used as a mix of a club and a whip.
Personality: Skaldia is focused, harsh and demanding. She likes to be respected by everyone else, and hates being pampered. She tends to try and dominate the conversation, and often shows off just how dangerous she truly can be. She isn't very diplomatic, and will get impatient if she's not doing anything important. She is a good leader, but tends to focus on herself instead of a whole group.
Bio: Skaldia was caught and trained by Lance when she was only three years old, and was completely devoted to him until she was chosen as one of the Pokemon to be put in the sleep-chambers for the ultimate Champion. She abandoned Lance eagerly for this honour, and ended up with quite a few others in the chambers, sleeping peacefully until they were opened up once more.

Name: Zrantox
Gender: Male
Species: Dusknoir
Age: 4500
Description: His body is somewhat roundish and ends in a genie-like tail. He has two thick arms with odd markings scattered across his body. His head is almost hood-like, with a small slit where his one eye ominously peers out of. Normally the body is grey and the markings are yellow, but with him, the usual stormcloud grey, there is now black. The eyes on his chest and back are crimson, and the mouth on his chest moves on its own
Personality: Zrantox holds a deep, deep hatred for the humans, seeing as they have wronged him. He is absolutely ruthless when it comes to dealing with humans, and has more than once rebelled against his trainer. He isn't always going on rampages though; he is very cold and calculating, and will make plans to help him in his campaign for vengeance.
Bio: Before any humans captured Pokemon, Zrantox and several other Dusknoir were chosen to guide the dead to the spirit world, human and pokemon alike.When humans began to capture pokemon, one by one, his fellow Dusknoir were captured. He himself was captured some time after by a human, and was put into the sleep chamber. It is because of this, the capture of his comrades and himself, that he holds a grudge against the humans

Gender: Genderless, came to be referred as male by others over time.
Species: Solrock
Age: 1700
Description: An orange and yellow sun-shaped rock, with a mostly orange body and yellow 'rays', and eyes that are horizontal slits with a red glow from within. There is a cleanse tag on it's back.
Personality: Stoic, communicating mentally, though not terribly often. Sinar has worked to unearth the sleepers and as such protects them from any remnants, for it is sure that their power will be needed by the world some day to save it from something. It tends to brush off anyone it doesn't feel the need to associate with. It is merciless in battle, eliminating enemies with no remorse or anything of the sort.
Bio: After falling from the sky in a meteorite and landing deep within the bowels of Union Cave, Sinar lived within it's little crater, but, as it's location partly collapsed and blocked sunlight, it moved closer to the entrance, where humans would stumble upon it floating quietly outside. Sinar became something of a local legend, with humans and Pokemon of the area speculating on it's purpose, noting it's rousing at sunrise and retreat at sunset and during rainy days, as it hates stormclouds. While it ignored the burial of the sleep chambers, it did notice the power emanating from the burial site during the great turmoil, which got it thinking about how another conflict like that would end the world as it knew it, but the powers that lay inside would stop it. Or at least slow it. It thus 'joined' the dig team, though Sinar could get little digging accomplished, when they found the chambers.

I couldn't think of anything to change, myself. Except that it's older now.

Age: 15
Description: A yellow stone carved into the shape of a crescent moon. Lumonous has two blue eyes carved into his sides. Wrapped around his neck is a blue bandana, given to him by his trainer.
Personality: Lumonous is a joking Pokémon. He's quite loud and spends most of his time with the other members of the dig, digging around and excavating. Although playful, he knows when to be serious and can almost always be there to help.
Bio: Lumonous was raised in the wilds of Hoenn, deep in the boundries of Metor Falls, always from human eyes. Five years ago, a group of trainers came to his home seeking to capture Bagon. Their fighting destroyed the cave where he lived, causing his family to become a nomadic group. Eventualy they ended up in Johto, at the ruins where they stayed for a few weeks. When the others were ready to leave, Lumonous decided to stay in order to hunt for any other Pokémon that may have lived in the caves. It was soon after that he found the humans and teamed up with them to become a digger.

Species: Gallade
Age: 17 pokéyears
Description: Quote looks like a perfectly normal Gallade, in other words a white and green humanoid with what appears to be some kind of kilt. He have a green-gladiator esque helmet, red eyes and a pair of extendable blades at the end of his elbows. He wears a long red scarf to boot.
Personality: Quote doesn't say a lot, and he doesn't have a lot to say when it comes doing choices, either. That might be because of the fact he's an amnesiac, and doesn't remember what he was doing before being but into the sleep chamber.
Being a Gallade, he's very chivalrous, protecting those in need, and doesn't back down from a challenge, at the same time, he will always fights fair, and won't attack someone who is injured or he knows his weaker then him. For some reason, he have a soft spot in his heart for any fluffy kind of Pokémon, and likes to collect shiny things.
Bio: Quote was born and raised in Sinnoh, and trained by a rather good trainer, although he doesn't remember anything about this trainer, nor why he's so obsessed by things that shine.

Amnesia for the win.
Kudos to those who can figure out where the name is from.
Also Remnants are being ignored because humans are boring.

Description: Looks like a normal froslass other than the fact that due to a love of oran berries his white areas have turned light blue.
Personality: Hyper and fun loving. He is always the joker and likes to play practical jokes on his friends, Much to their annoyance. However if it gets down to the wire you can always count on him to break down and be useless... help out the group in any way he can. Oh and did i mention that he has a split personality?
Bio: He has a split personality called fail. Who is depressive and suicidal. The complete opposite of epic. And he is a sleeper.
 
I didn't know there were male Frosslass... :P That's not really a bio - could you explain why he evolved into a Frosslass in there?

Personality: ed'Rashtekaresket does not care about others at all. He does everything for his own needs, it seems, but there are a few people in the world he cares about. Like himself. He is sarcastic and prefers not to talk, and is always moving. Ed stores his emotions away, and will explode sooner or later. Try not to be around him when he does.
Bio: How the hell does a shark help dig? So I changed my mind, and now he's a sleeper.

Gender: M
Species: Leafeon
Age: 20

Description: Dexter is sort of average looking for a Leafeon, really. He's small and brown and covered in fur, and he has leaves growing from him. His eyes are large and brown, and he's overall actually sort of handsome. He has a nice smile, and seems very average.

Personality: His mind is where Dexter differs from normal Pokemon; he does not think the same way that others do, instead of having real emotions like most others, he sees things as facts and information. He finds it a bit hard to form actual bonds with others.

Dexter has a strange obsession with blood. He finds it fascinating, and will stare at it, examine it, and even collect it. If he gets in a fight, he will try to draw blood, and will refuse to wash his paws off for a little while after.

Bio: Dexter had a rather average life as an Eevee, if only seeming a bit odd. He had a trainer and was well taken care of, the man making sure that his little charge didn't kill when he could help it. Dexter was chosen to be a part of the Sleepers for his skill with cutting attacks, like Leaf Blade and X-Scissor.

Species: Espeon
Age: 14
Description:Long, thick, purple fur, black on her paws, the tips of her ears, and the tip of her tail. Silver hoops on her ears.
Personality: Kagami is quiet, and although she wants to be social, she is scarred by her past, which will be revealed bit by bit throughout the story. She is, by nature, caring and helpful, and is scared of not being liked by others.
Bio: I kinda went over that in the past two sections.. so the only thing I have left to say is that she is a sleeper.
