Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

Open Epilogue

((Eh, I agree with Erif, so I'll change my post if Chaon decides to. If he doesn't, though, there's nothing I can do and I'll continue as normal.))

((First of all, where the hell else would I be? I don't see anyone designating some special sleeping spot. If anything my character probably wandered off and lay down anywhere because he's just that absent minded. Second of all, what information I can't possibly know? One guy is levitating rocks, and someone else is making it blatantly obvious that she hates him for it, and besides which, this guy is paranoid of her, yet she knows his name, so I'm pretty sure that we all know each other here. Last of all, what's wrong with somebody sleeping on a bench next to you? You might just not have noticed. Your not super-awareness person who sees absolutely every one, especially not if my character was using old newspapers as blankets. And oh man we really do need an OoC Page.))

((Settle down, guys. Neither of you have to be so…pissed off about it. Chaon, I guess the idea is people sleep wherever, but in the context of an RP you don't generally pop up from nowhere, and just because Cathie is glaring at Daniel in annoyance doesn't automatically mean she's jealous. I believe you may just have accidentally influenced your character's interpretation because you already knew she was fairly jealous.

And I didn't mention this earlier, but although I agree with Erif, he's being kind of harsh about it as well. You don't need to blow your top about this; we all have our off-days, and some people really do have trouble imagining the whole picture and making their character realistic. Not that it doesn't annoy me too, but you don't see me blowing my top at them…usually. ^^;

So yeah. I'm not saying I hate you or anything, guys, just try not to write with such angry tones and word choices about this kind of stuff. Save it for if the nonsensicality becomes a chronic problem even after multiple warnings.

For the moment I'll just go along with Chaon's post, so blazheirio889, Cathie will…wander the streets and look around. They'll probably meet up before long. =D))

Well no, Twiggy, blazheirio, and I, did in fact make specifics to where we were sleeping, and all the Rpers made their way to the church/place/whatever, cept Xaldin who just came up, but it was fine because he don't go on a rant blown out of proportions. You just came up on a bench, which everybody magically failed to see you on. So no, you don't know what you're fucking talking about.
But that's not the biggest problem. It's that you wake up and start criticizing people. How many can just get up half-asleep and start inferring on things like, "well, he is holding up rocks with his powers, so i guess he must be hurting ppl," or "she's looking at him not-so-nice, so she must hate him"? And how the hell did she make it blatantly obvious that she hated him. She just said Cathie was jealous. But still, maybe if you were awake prior to the conversation, and you were actually standing there like Tristan was, I wouldn't really have a problem.

Why are you scolding people, anyway. I mean, that's a characteristic though, so I don't have any comments there.

((>_> STOP CAUSING SUCH A HUGE DAMN SCENE

I'd prefer if everyone changed their post to have places and who's with who cleared up, but really, I wouldn't have noticed if Erif didn't point it out. So thanks for clearing everything up and being observant for me >w>;

But yeah, we don't have to all be together. Go wander around and make your character possibly find a can, though not everyone can. Yeah.

Uh.. Chaon, maybe we can backtrack a bit and have Aston wait a post before reacting? I know if I just woke up I wouldn't be able to even talk to people, except to tell them the get the fuck away from my bed cos I'm sleeping, though that's just me.

Finally, there is no OoC thread since I am a shitty DM. There. V_V Also, I didn't think 8 (?) people needed their own thread to RAGE at each other, but if you all want one, I'll make it :D

I'll also take the time here to get some plot!shit together~))

Norah swore under her breath. It wasn't even December and it was cold, which was odd for the town stuck in the FAYZ. She hated the cold too.. and unlike the other kids in town with powers, she had no way to warm herself up. This was wonderful. Slinking out of the alley, Norah made her way to the edge of town, where a fading blue spray painted line marked where anyone who valued their lives shouldn't cross. For whatever reason, she had been drawn to it today..

A movement beside her caught her attention, and as she turned, a shadow from the roof of the building behind her fell over her.

"Girl," a voice rasped, and Norah froze. She knew that voice, everyone who'd been here for 2 years, and that was everyone, knew that voice. "Come now." Shaking, Norah stepped back, so she was further away from the line.

"If I scream the freaks awake will hear me and come," she warned the large coyote to her left, who was advancing over the line. It appeared to raise an eyebrow.

"But you not scream," it half-rasped, half-whined. "Or they kill you now." Flicking its ragged tail behind her, Norah saw that they were about four coyotes who had hopped down from the roofs without damage to themselves, bigger than the one in front of her and padding towards her. She bit her lip.

"What do you want?"

"Come," the leader growled, and Norah walked up to him. She let out a little yelp as she hand stuck to its side like glue, and he began to run. Norah did her best to keep up, though she couldn't match the speed of the coyote and ended up being dragged off into the desert.

((TO CLEAR THINGS UP this is setting up for later!plot. She was near the edge of town, we're (and this is everyone) near the center of town. So you should ignore this now.))

Daniel shrugged when he saw the blond girl burst in rage, called someone 'firecracker', and then ran off. He walked towards Tristan, while moving the stones to a sword form, and stopped 5 feet from him, the 'sword' levitating 4 inches above the ground. "What's got into that girl?" He asked, and pointed to the direction cathie ran off to, while keeping his glare on Tristan. "Anyway, who are you? I was never good with names, and I usually keep away from the others juniors, although I have afeeling something special is happening today!" He made a small jump, grinned for a second, and then landed, putting his serious face back on. He started moving his red glwoing hands, making the little stones quickly change their form from a sword to a shield.
He touched the shield with his right hand, the glow leaving his left one and moving to the right one, while the stone shield got attached to Daniel's hand.
((finally I can make a long post! Took some time))

((First off, sorry for raging at everyone, but notice I wrote that post a 6:53 AM. Imagine the first thing you see waking up is someone telling you that you it's not possible to have been sleeping on a nearby bench in a fictional world. I was just a bit cranky. Second, Erif, I don't appreciate the language. I can't tell you that you shouldn't say them, I'd just really rather they weren't aimed at me. Third, I realize I was going a bit overboard on the "I know she hates him" thing. At the time, I thought that being the last people on the planet would make us close, considering it's been two years since everyone poofed, and humans need social contact to survive. In two years, I would probably figure out that this girl has a useless power, and seeing some guy levitating rocks right in front of her would make her extremely jealous. I'm not trying to make anyone angry, I'm just explaining my reasoning.))

((Well, I suppose the mess has been sorta-kinda sorted out. I'd rather just stay out of the drama, so I'll go along with Chaon's post, as Blazie did.))

"Cathie!" Leslie called after the retreating blonde girl, but rapidly-fading footsteps told her that she wasn't coming back anytime soon. Ugh. The short Asian put a hand to her forehead and shook her head slightly, her long black hair following suit. She needs to learn to cope. It's been two years, geez. Her mouth set in a straight line again, like how it usually was when she was alone, she was about to jog off in a random direction when she caught Tristan's eye.

"Um," Leslie said. "So, are you coming or not? Unless you have a super-stomach as well as super-senses, you're bound to be hungry too." Though her voice was nonchalant, she fervently hoped that Tristan would come with her. Sure, she knew nearly every single passageway in town by heart, but there was no telling when some mutant vulture or hyena or some other animal would venture beyond the boundaries and snatch up a hapless teenager. There was safety in numbers, after all.

Daniel turned his look towards a voice he has heared, and noticed an asian girl shouting towards the one near him. He shook his head, and ran towards her, his shield still stuck on his hand. He stopped 7 feet from the girl, and looked at her for a short while, while saying nothing but "Hmm...". He oepned his mouth, about to say something, but then shut it again. Finally, he decided to talk. "Uh, well, I wondered if I could come with you..It's that I, uh, well, am a kid just like all of us, and, err, even if I slept for a whole week, which I have done, Im also starting to get hungry. So, uh, care if I join you?"
While saying these sentences, Danile stared on the ground, obviously not feeling ocmfortable with talking to someone that stood so close to him.

((sorry, haven't been on in a few days. I'm trying to figure out where to pop in, so I'm not gonna post in character yet. Sorry))

((Uh…guess my OOC post made it worse. Sorry.))

…Now what?

Okay, that wasn't the smartest thing to do…I somehow got involved in that conversation…bad, Cathie, bad!

Ugh, I blame oversleeping.

Cathie sighed, glancing around the small house. It was fairly neat; probably had already been searched. Lazily checking the rest of the one-floor house, she found nothing interesting, nothing edible. Wait—there was a thin, dirty piece of paper. Those were getting hard to find…Cathie folded it neatly and put it in a pocket. After she'd eaten, maybe she could try for the billionth time to get her power to do something.

Apart from the piece of paper, all of the rest of the houses on the block were the same; nothing to eat. From the end of the block you could see the border of the city, and Cathie wasn't about to cross that, so she turned back, making sure to go away from the group she'd left. She was entering the commercial area of the city, though, and she quickly realized that there wouldn't be any good food in a business building; not unless the cafeteria had been overlooked…

Eh, it was worth a shot.

Leslie raised an eyebrow at Daniel. Poor little kid looked pretty paranoid: all stuttering and staring at the floor; heck, he was even carrying around a shield. Then again, two years of living in constant fear had an effect on even the hardiest of souls. Her face broke out in a small, but welcoming grin.

"Sure, you can join us. The more the merrier." She beckoned to the brown-haired kid then bent down to pick a twisted, oxidized piece of metal from the ground and held it to her left palm, where a weak ember still burned. Tristan sure takes his time to respond to stuff, Leslie thought to herself. Oh, well, at least she had a way to entertain herself. A drop of liquid silver ran down the short length of the strip of metal, and her eyes followed it with interest.

Daniel made a small hop while saying "yay!" quite much aloud, and then looked straight into Leslie's eyes. "Well, when and where are we going to look for food, then? I mean, there's not much else here, and there's nothing else to look for." He moved his right hand, the shield once again becoming small stones that fell on the ground beneath Daniel. He leaned down, and started picking them up, stuffing his little pocket with them.
"Should we go now or should we wait for other kids to come with us?" He said, and then spun around, locking his gaze on Tristan. While he didn't stare at him, his look wasn't from the more pleasant sort.

((sorry, haven't been on in a few days. I'm trying to figure out where to pop in, so I'm not gonna post in character yet. Sorry))

((As you'll probably have realized from reading the first post, our leader (who's finally been named Terry) has poofed and well. Everyone is screwed. A few posts back some plot-related crap happened, though everyone's really just wandering around and getting ready to raid, or raiding houses, which is just breaking and entering without the breaking, to look for food.

..Comma abuse. >_>))
