YAY! NEW AVATAR! :D
Re: The Pokemon of the Lake
[How does that work? Dragon/Water type means normal damage O.o Well, either way, even with insane special defense, that has GOT to be fatal]
It began to sink down in the Lake, apparently fainted
Eric frowned. "Why do I feel like if that Pokemon has another trick up its sleeve?" He said to the others as he approached the lake side. He watched a glow come from the bottom. "...Guys, I think it used Wish before we came..."
The Pokemon burst from under the water, the wish healing it just as the Heal Block faded. It opened its eyes and used Recover first, then Psychic, flinging all of the Pokemon aside, along with their trainers. It began to change form, the ribbons turning into sharp, flexible blades. The blue body began to turn blood red, and the skin was revealed to be scales as they turned upwards, becoming razor sharp. The head stretched out and grew to a point
"...It has an alternate form? Well, I hope to Arceus that it can't use revival moves in this form..." Eric sighed
The Pokemon roared fiercely. "YOU SHALL NOT WIN! I AM A GOD! I AM ONE OF FEW! NONE WILL DEFEAT ME, FOR I AM LAKINAY, THE LAKE POKEMON AND GODDESS OF THIS REGION!" The gender and name finally revealed, she charged up a powerful Hyper Beam and fired. Due to her anger and frenzy, however, she missed, leading to her having to recharge
"Now's our chance! She can't defend herself while recharging! Quick, if we attack now and finish off with a Heal Block and Status Condition, then one of us can catch this thing! Ribbon, Draco Meteor! Pikachu, mimic Ribbon and then use Draco Meteor! Aljrlieguh, Dragon Pulse!" Eric shouted out. Soon, meteors appeared in the sky and began to strike the Lake Pokemon full force. A pulse of dragon energy hit her in the head, doing damage as well
(((((Alright, lets say no attacks have a critical hit. Assuming Lakinay's base Special Defense and Defense are both 100 in this form, can somebody calculate the damage total of my attack for me (assume all IV's are 31, just to make it easier)? I want to see how heavy the damage is ^^ Oh, by the way, I am NOT using the catch rate formula for this. It would take a LONG time to calculate the damage at each step, due to all the variables, and then the formula for EACH time the Ultra Ball is thrown...
So yeah. I am going to calculate it just by having random numbers given to each ball thrown, and then multiply it by roughly how much HP the Pokemon has left (I will just split the bar into tenths), and then divide it by the status condition it has at the time, and if it is below a certain number, then that person catches it. Also, the rp won't end as the Pokemon is caught, as then there is the issue of, erm, the fact that the person has a fucking goddess with them now. Oh, and yes, there will be a sequel ^^ Curious though, does everybody want the sequel as a follow up to this rp, or as trainers going after a new Pokemon? If the latter, should the trainer that manages to keep Lakinay be able to use it in the next rp, or should it just be considered a fresh start?)))))
"Ok! Now, mass Charge!" Ohayou commanded, his Rotom combining all 5 of their Charge attacks.
After it was finished, and Brick Break had been used on the barriers, he commanded Wash to use Rain Dance, and the rest to hold his charge until it was done.
As raindrops fell, Wash resumed charging and a moment later Ohayou nodded.
"Now, Thunder..." he said quietly, his pokemom summoning a massive bolt of lightning from the sky, which rocketed towards the Lake Pokemon.
Come on... hit... He thought, shivering with anticipation.
(((Let's see... ([120*(2*5)]*2)*2=4800)))
(((Holy shit... that's strong *didn't think of this until after typage*)))
