• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

Closed Flight of the Dragon Kyn

Shasvati laughed heartily as Rasvim dove towards the cold iron monstrosity, her smile revealing her sharp teeth. "I guess you are right though Jonas. There is no need to not profit from putting this poor wretch out of its misery. It'd be almost a crime to let it go to waste."

Killing, it was something she hadn't done in a long time. It was very odd now though, since the sweet aroma of blood was tinged with the taste of good deeds. Jonas had been completely right, they were doing the dragon a favor by freeing it from its madness, and there was no good reason to ignore potential profit. In excitement she opened her maw and uttered an unearthly roar before plunging towards the beast eager to end its trauma.

Landing on the ground near the Frostforged, Starlight watched the human, Ominak, surrounded by red demons, trying to kill them before they kill him or the wounded white dragon. She shook her head, sighing. "Crazy human. The Frostforged is going to go berserk soon... and if those demons don't kill him, the dragon likely will..." Tark called back. "Help him then, Starlight! Don't just stand and watch!"

"Fine... I'll do what I can." Star called out to him. "Stay back!" She blew a silvery mist from her mouth at the Frostforged, electrically charged in order to try to paralyze the demons, and the dragon himself. Maybe if he couldn't move, it would be easier to remove his obstructing armor, and the demons would be easier to slay.. Hopefully the human would be smart enough to wait for the charge to paralyzed the demons... and not him...

The pair turned to face the frostforged and let out a simultaneous sigh.
"There's some nutcase on the frostforged," Wolf whispered to Cil. Gracefully, the large black dragon nodded before preparing an acidic attack. Cil spat the acid out in hopes that a chemical reaction would take place between the armour and the clear, aqueous orb that was approaching their target.

"Hopefully the human there has sense to dodge that ball of acid," the large dragon chuckled.
