Goodness, I must admit I've never reffed an epic battle in under 15 rounds and this one is just FLYING by like seriously! We had a Tropius withstand all of he opponents-literally-till her energy had been totally drained, a slight round of tag team from our steel armed Persian, Edward and now a Lapras who has an opportunity to shine if she can hold up long enough to defeat her next opponent. ith a swift twist of Twitch's wrist a Pokeball is thrusted outwards and lingers in the air while a dazzling ray of redd strikes downward emitting a fox like creature with a spoon. It cries out "Kadabra," though....I wonder what it is. O_o Nah-I'm jopking. I know it's a mature Abra (doh-you twit!) Annnnyway, with our trapdoor beast still huffing his stuff on the field we can only wonder if they'll find a winner before he finds a dinner. On to Round 12!
Phanel the Kadabra crossed his arms smirking at the pruning Lapras. She was fairly dehydrated but still full of energy. He rolled his trusty untensil between his fingers playfully before taking a strong stance with his back hunched over and his hands outstretched from his chest. Umi let out small cries before breaking into a dry sounding lullaby. The lovely tunes now hoarse and off beat did not make it to Phanel tall ears but by then a concentrated force of electricity was glowing before him. He had been charging and now it was ready. Witha hard shove and utter of "Ka-dabra!" a beam eminating static and a brght shine shot across the field rising more dirt in it's wake before it slivered up to the sea tortoise bringing her into a frnatic flail in pain. Her sullen eyes fell upon her malevolent enemy as his body and spoon seemed to tense up in power. The crowd was roaring on his behalf but boing on hers rather unimpressed by her dry voice.
With her victim not asleep and stronger in Sp. Attack, Umi was blinking with fury in her eyes wanting to do something effective. Phanel had closed his eyes to call upon his inner energy and began letting it stream through his body. Soon enough a brilliant glow of blue was laminating the outside of his body but with rising of his fingers it left and was concentrated into the spoon. Umi felt herself enveloped now in a force she recalled was all around him. Without his boost in Sp. Attack he might not have been able to even make her big stature flinch but now she was being dragged forward and rolled off into the walls shakng the stadium with every fall. Phanel stopped his kinetic hold to prepare for another but swooned and swayed at the feeling of a tingle over his own body. Deep dark rays melted into him till he was seeing stars. The Kadabra babbled nonsense and waddled around seeking a "big blue guy."
The trapdoor beast was slinking around with a growing growl in his throat. His eyes fell upon the to victims remaining and licked his lips before slipping behind earth fragments to have a more stealthier approach. Phanel was still babbling and now had his spoon in his mouth making it go in circles. Twitch's cries for the next attack made him twirl about tripping over a rock and landing on his face. The spoon slid into his throat and he began gagging and kicking about unable to breathe. Umi took the opportunity to thrust her wrinkled body now a deep blue from tanning out into the hot air catching a slight breeze before diving downwards on her soft but heavy underbelly. Phanel was too distracted by his spoon to take note of the shadow looming over. As he began to lose conciousness Umi fell upon him making his body cripple beneath the weight and strike his nerves like a static straying wire wiggling on the inside. However, upon this great weight drop it forced the spoon out flying into the atmosphere and thwacking the Luxray smack in the face. Phanel was trying to make sense of things and shivered seeing from where he lay the trapdoor beast coming with leaps to him, he spoon hanging on his forehead from hot saliva clinging to his beautiful fur now marked in his own lubricance. The impact was so sudden he didn't remember Umi leaving his backside and staggered back against her clutching his spoon while the Luxray had the two cornered. This was an outrage and he'd make them both pay.
