That's pretty good. You're getting better! Maybe you should have had the wings a little higher though; at that position they look like they're coming out of its lower back or its, erm, backside.

I wasn't sure whether you wanted the R/S sprite or the D/P sprite, so I did both =p.
 
That regigigas splice isn't that good actually... He just added giratina wings and a rotom glow. I like the jigglytwo better, he had to be a little creative with it...

but I'm not flaming, just critiqueing.
