Skitty bobble? When I first saw the Pikachu revamp I thought BUTTERFREE! but then I realized it was different :/

I've read Butterfree's spriting guide too many times :|

Not a RBY devamp. The RBY devamps only had black, white and two shades of a single color, If i'n mot mistaken. At first glance, I can spot at least 3. From looking at it in detail, it has 8.

What happened to Mewtwo and Mew bobble? And Shiny Umbreon's eyes are yellow, not red, buddy.

Just a suggestion for bobbles.

Look at the actual Pokémon. Like on my Skitty, if you look at the real Skitty it is fatter and the end of the tail is larger. The neck is too thin.

On the Eevee the body isn't just a straight line, it is curvy. And Eevee's neckfur thing shouldn't be straight either, and it is supposed to be fluffy and sticking out-ish but it looks like just another colour of the Eevee.

No need to edit, just remember in future.
