• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

Going to Japan yay, yay, yay, yay, yay!!!!

Because I am dating someone with an exquisitely generous and lovely mother, I have been invited to holiday in Tokyo with opaltiger for several weeks next March!!

We have never flown before and also I am like, having to try so hard to control myself because it's Japan eee. :D

I understand that I am supremely fortunate and will endeavour to make the absolute most of it. also it was my job to make a laughing cupboard thread so here yay \o/ \o/ !!!

\o/!!!!!!!!!

oh wow, that's so cool! My friend's moving there for university next year, maybe you'll see her around, haha.

Awesome, Japan's a lot of fun! Try as much of the food as you can, it's really hard to go wrong.

Unless you're getting a sandwich or a wrap and don't like mayonnaise. Dear god.

Visit the bakeries too, there's tons of cute little bakeries with amazing pastries. I got one that was full of chocolate and shaped like a jellyfish with a cute face drawn in icing :D

Unless you're vegetarian, in which case it's very hard to go right. :( Though the bakeries /are/ awesome. I just wish Japan as a whole had more actual bread.
