1: is there a random spam section?
2: is there a place to post all the eggs you need hatched?
3: is there a sig size limit?
 
1. No. The closest you'll get is the Insanty board for random amusing discussions.
2. Yes. There is a thread for posting adoptables and several clubs for each type.
3. Yes, although I'm not sure what that is.

2: Yes, here, here, here and here.
3: There's a maximum of 20 images for a signature and there is a size limit but I forget what that is now. Lots of people adblock adoptables though.
 
There's no specific size limit in the rules, but the actual editor might have a limit.
 
I think there isn't a signature limit remembering the size of some people's signatures but people generally don't like scrollbars so try not to have one.

I have an answer for 3: Yes, there IS a limit, but it's 3,000 characters. You have plenty of space to write whatever you want in it :D
I tend to keep my signature short and sweet however.

The "You laugh you lose" is SOMEWHAT like spam, although it's really not. I made that statement only because a lot of people dump crap in there....

2: signature.
3: no, but it is strongly agreed by most members to keep it small enough to avoid a scrollbar.
